After a couple years with a provider in Concord we decided to do some research and found this practice for my son and I am so glad we did. We will travel to Pineville no problem because the provider Jeff Woodard my son is treated by is amazing. The front desk staff are responsive and polite and so helpful. Would certainly recommend this practice provider.

I was referred to this office by a family therapist about 2 years ago. He actually called one of the doctors there & although the doctor had a full schedule of clients, he accepted me as a new patient anyway. I thought that was very kind. At my 1st appointment, I knew why this office came so highly recommended. The front desk staff are very polite & accommodating. Rarely, do I have to wait...usually my name’s being called before I have a chance to sit down! That’s such a welcome change compared to wait times at other medical offices! I received the most detailed attention from the doctor &

I couldn’t be more grateful for Dr. Betancourt and Diana Remenar, PA-C. They are both extremely attentive, compassionate with their patients. They are knowledgeable and make sure that you are comfortable and understand your treatment plan and medications. It takes time to find a psychiatrist that fits well, and I was lucky PFBHNCwas the first place I visited when I moved to Charlotte. If anyone is deciding which psychiatrist or psychologist to see, I would highly recommend going to PFBHNC first.

This practice has been a non-stop struggle to deal with. I can't ever seem to consistently be able to see my provider, and when he cancels (usually within 48 hours of my visit), it is the practice's policy to still charge me $125 for a refill request outside of my next scheduled appointment, which sometimes can't happen for weeks. They refuse pharmacy requests to refill because they want to speak to you to charge you directly. At one point, to get a refill, I had to schedule an appointment with a doctor I had never seen before (because, surprise, mine had cancelled and was booked for weeks) and

This place is AMAZING! I see a PA-C, Phil Johns Jr. who has given me a sense of HOPE and OPTIMISM when it comes to my future; And THAT in itself brings tears to my eyes when I think of how hopeless and ready to just give up I was less than 10 weeks ago. I AM ESPECIALLY GRATEFUL to Phil Johns Jr. for making me feel like I AM THE ONLY PERSON WHO MATTERS in our sessions; I KNOW he CARES about me and he PROVES IT EVERY SINGLE TIME...whether it's spending that extra 5 or 10 minutes with me or making SURE that there's nothing I am holding in. HE GENUINELY CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS, and I THANK GOD FOR
