Our technicians use a state of the are service software that allows the entire fire protection service to be completed on an iPad. All the information is processed in real time to our office. Certs, Quotes, and Invoices can be provided immediately. Gone are the days of stacks of paper, handwritten unreadable notes, and missing information.
Now you will receive crystal clear quotes, certs, and documentation. Any deficiency noted by our technicians will be accompanied by a picture of that actual item at your facility with the deficiency. You will be able to see exactly what is wrong in order to verify and understand the repair. Also when repairs are being completed from previously noted deficiencies, a separate picture will be taken of the corrected item.

We offer our customers a portal to access all of their service/job records. In this portal the customer is able to request service, view/download all inspection certs, work acknowledgements, open quotes, and invoices. Zero Stars. Zero. Two 'sales reps' walked into my restaurant, uninvited, and pretended to be from the Oceanside Fire Dept. to scare a member of my staff into signing a contract for servicing our fire suppression equipment.
I cancelled the contract (which was null-and-void anyway, as the signer had no authority to enter into contracts for my business); no work has ever been done, yet they keep sending me invoices.... with added finance charges!!! This company is abhorrent and uses underhand tactics to rip people off.
