Our Personal Training is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your BKAthletics coach will work with you to identify and clarify your health and fitness goals, assess your nutritional profile and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths.

Our Group Fitness classes combine high-energy workouts with unwavering support. We tailor our training to your unique skill set and we help everyone find success one step at a time. Services
At BKAthletics in Fairfield, Personal Training is a very effective way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Our coaches will work with you to help identify and understand your specific health and fitness needs. To begin, we will assess your physical movement patterns, discuss your lifestyle, such as nutrition, sleep, stressors, supplements, rest, and of course your fitness goals.
The answer is yes. Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries, and current fitness level. The workout of the day (WOD) can be modified for each person to help him or her safely become fit and healthy. Anyone from beginners, to older folks, to people with health issues or injures to advanced athletes can perform the same workout but in a modified version.
At BKAthletics we offer Individual Program Design for those of You who want to take complete accountability of your Training into your own hands. Our experienced coaches will design and deliver unique programming based on Your specific goals, needs, and lifestyle. We take personalization to another level - Individual Program Design - where You take Ownership of your Fitness at a fraction of the cost of Personal Training with a coach.
I joined BK Athletics about one month ago after evaluating other crossfit and regular gyms in the Fairfield area. Ben creates a welcoming atmosphere for members of all levels of physical ability. The programing is challenging and effective. The gym has individual workout stations set up that are spaced several feet apart and has the equipment located in the station.
Our Youth Fitness Classes are broken up into two programs, both featuring comprehensive instruction from our coaches with lifelong lessons that will help build body awareness, self-confidence, character, and social skills. A program that builds on the foundation of bodyweight movements/exercises, with a focus on strength.

I’ve been a member for 12 years and could not image going back to a commercial gym . Being a member is like having a personal trainer every class . Every coach has high level coaching , training education and experience .. I’ve been to dozens of other functional fitness gyms around the country and have not been to many that can compare to the quality of equipment,training, cleanliness and staff .. but the best part is the overall community and support from the entire membership.

BK and team got me excited about fitness again. Having played competitive team sports through college, I figured I could stay in shape on my own. 15 years later I was burned out from the same gym routines and jogging routes. A friend introduced me to BK Athletics and it’s been a fantastic change in my life. Their commitment to fitness and community is outstanding. BK Athletics is absolutely the best place for anyone who cares about their fitness no matter where on that journey they may be. From beginners to seasoned athletes, Ben creates an environment and builds workouts that challenge everyone of all fitness levels while at the same time making everyone part of a shared experience in the gym. When I joined I immediately felt part of the BK Community and over the years have become the fittest I've ever been.....I am so grateful I found them!

I've been a member of BKAthletics for over 10 years. I've always been into fitness and had spent the majority of my life at various gyms, bootcamps, etc. and was totally bored with my routines. When I walked through the doors of BKAthletics looking for a "change' and something to re-energize my workout routine, I never imagined what a life changing experience it would be meeting Ben Kelly and starting Crossfit. I love the challenge of a new and different workout each day, I love the community of friends I have made and who I feel accountable to, I love the motivation that is provided to challenge

BKAthletics has changed my life. 40lbs lighter and having reached my goal of getting back on the slopes, fit into my ski clothes and strong enough to spend a week skiing Banff in the Canadian Rockies.

BK Athletics is the real deal! From the excellent high caliber coaches, to its amazing facilities and workout options, BK Athletics is hands down the best gym in a big radius. Yes, best GYM, not just the best cross fit gym.
Hands down, BK Athletics is well worth it if you want to better your physical, mental, and spiritual health as well as gain knowledge about nutrition and training.
Plus, Ben Kelly (BK) himself is the embodiment of everything BK Athletics preaches. He is a great role model to us gym-goers, which gives that extra motivation when the going gets tough.

My husband had been at BK for years and kept trying to get me to join, but it intimidated me. I finally did, and two years later I'm still there and love it. I've always been active but I feel fitter and stronger now at 48 than ever before. The coaches and the community are what make it so great - they're encouraging and inspiring for every level of fitness, from beginners to competitive athletes.

Crossfit Performance/CFP is a great place to practice moving beyond excuses into the innate potential of our physiology at each and every WOD (workout of the day). 5 things I learned at CFP!

1. Applying cutting edge sports science through participation in Crossfit is a great investment. My return: health, strength and agility that makes me look, feel and perform better in all areas of life.
