My husband and I have lived here since 2016. The property manager is Erika and it has been a very pleasant stay since we moved in here. She’s been very professional here as well as her assistant Pearl (sorry I forgot her name) they keep up with our needs and they both work very hard daily. The property has always been well kept from the two maintenance guys who do an excellent job on the entire property here! They work closely with our manager to make sure things are complete and we are very happy here!

Looking for a Quiet and Safe Place to Call Home with a Trustworthy Manager Serramonte Apartments is Not the Place
Serramonte apartments have a manager (Erica) who is not to be trusted. I had to abruptly move because there was an ongoing issue with noise that Erica refused to resolve, and she would order maintenance to do repairs at 6:00 am in the morning violating the lease agreement to a peaceful living environment. She doesn’t care about certain tenants, with that being said, Erica is prejudice toward African Americans.
She fraudulently overcharged me rent for 3 months (see pictures) and

I have been living in these apartments for almost 2 years. It is peaceful and quiet. The grounds are always clean and it is nice to have our own laundry room for our unit building. My apartment is spacious with wood floors in all living areas except the bedrooms. I have never felt more safe in an apartment than here. My Son is Autistic and it is the perfect environment for us to live in. Our neighbors are all really kind. It is a very child friendly complex with pool and playground. We don’t hear outside noise once we are in our apartment. I highly recommend these apartments. The office staff

I lived there for a while and I can say I have no complaints at all. The apartment was great and has big rooms and a big living room. It was perfect for my family and I. All the neighbors were nice and minded their own business. Nobody says anything. Plus the site manager, Erika is amazing. She's so helpful and understanding. I had many packages arrive there and she made sure I got them. She is very polite and likes to make sure everyone is happy and running good. I would highly recommend these apartments. I loved my experience there. ☺️

I was getting appartment in that location for 1 year lease. I am traveling to India during my kid's school vacations. The manage of that appartment fixed that sticker on my Car on dated 22 June 2017 without any enquiry. And give warning about wrong car parking. My relatives tell to me on phone when they see that sticker on my car. Now i am in India i canot do something. I shoked. I know i was parked in legally parking line. I had lease aggrement in between that appartments and me. Why i cannot park my car in case am traveling. I think manager want to harashed me. Omg....😰😰😰😰😰
