We have pickup and delivery routes Servicing DC, MD and VA. Please call (301) 880 6762 to see if we have a route in your area or if we can add your address to our routes. We pick up and deliver your bulk laundry ("Wash-Dry-Fold"), on a schedule that is convenient for you. And you don't have to be present when we pick up or deliver.

I have an Airbnb business and use them for our white linens. They mix up our items with other people's laundry constantly. I am constantly getting back towels that do not belong to us. I have to assume that other folks are probably also getting some of my towels as well. In addition they constantly stain the laundry. My white linens come back with blue laundry detergent stains as shown in the pictures. I have to damage them out. I cannot provide blue stained towels and sheets to my guests. Laundry Mom does compensate for any of their mistakes. The owner doesn't seem to care. I have informed her

We just moved into a new place without a W/D and are trying to get laundry squared away. Used laundry mom once so far. Even though the price per pound is higher than some other places, the fact that pick up and delivery is included still makes it a pretty good value.
Pick up was a little later than they said, but turn around time is FAST and everything was wrapped up in perfect little bundles. Plus my shirt smelled so so clean even after a full day of walking around in the sun. Thanks Laundry Mom!

Wow!!!!!!!!!! I can't stress how absolutely wonderful it is to find a service that gives me back my time with my son! Omg THIS SERVICE was phenomenal! The detail. my clothing's smell after and the customer service! this business gets an A+ all around!!!! 50lbs of laundry done OVERNIGHT ! Absolutely fantastic! Our washer broke and it's been a journey to replace it. We've used Laundry Mom's services 3 times now and couldn't be happier. They pick up in the morning on your porch, send you an invoice via email and text to let you know when it's been sent, you pay, and they drop off the next day everything folded and smelling lovely. I coordinate everything via text. They will ask you to put the laundry unsorted in garbage bag for the first pickup then They provide a large blue bag after your first pickup and Inside the clothes are in bags, nicely folded and sealed from the elements

I had a laundry crisis and Laundry Mom was a lifesaver! My machine broke in the middle of washing a quilt with a stain on it and I was worried the quilt would be ruined forever. Laundry Mom picked up the quilt and my other laundry at 7 am and returned it to me by the next morning. They even got the small stain in the quilt out which I hadn't mentioned! Everything was packaged so well when it was returned. Absolutely worth it and I would recommend this service to anyone.

My dishwasher broke and needed to wash abt 50 lbs of clothes. I couldn't think of a way to go to a laundromat during this pandemic until I saw this business pick up/delivery service. They were very reliable, honest and affordable. We are allergic regular detergent and they were okay with me providing my own detergent. Clothes were picked up early morning. By the next day, I received my clothes all folded and packed nicely in a big blue bag. I am a very pleased customer!

First time using their services and I was very satisfied with their work. They were able to find my apartment with no issues and they dropped off my laundry the following day. I have a preemie who was born 6 weeks early and I had just moved a week and a half before he was born. Some of my clothes were a bit stale after having been in storage and I wasn't trying to wash 50lbs (my estimate) of clothes.
I had the site pulled up to send a message, but decided to call.
I called at 11:49am on Thursday, no answer.
I sent the message.
Ruby actually called me back at 11:52am. It took 3 minutes to set up a pick up (Thursday morning).
Ruby also responded to my email at 1:45pm.

I tried this service based on all of the stellar reviews I read on Yelp. The pick-up was smooth. I used my own bag and was assured that I would receive one of their bags upon delivery of my items. My clothes were perfectly cleaned and all wrapped and sorted based on the items washed (pants, tops, towels, underwear, etc). I live in an apartment without a washer/dryer so wash and fold is my go to when I can't get to the laundromat. I will definitely be using this service again and would recommend to those looking for wash and fold services.

So I started coming to this laundromat because of the reviews. My washer is broken so I've made about 5 trips here. Two trips ago, I didn't realize that the machines that I had put my clothes and detergent into, were not programmed correctly, or so the owner (I am assuming) told me. Now, once again, I have wasted my detergent and softener into machines that are not dispensing as they should. My hot load never even got bleach dispensed into the washer.
I hope my washer gets fixed this week, but even if it doesn't, I will not be coming back to this laundromat.

I own a pick up/drop off laundry service. As many service businesses do, I decided to check out the competition. I posed as a customer. I called 2 companies. Company #1 and Company #2.
Company #1 failed miserably. They never even made it to my door.
And then I called Company #2 (Latino Laundromat). From the moment they called to confirm the appointment to the moment they dropped off the laundry to my front door at 6 am in the morning to the moment my jaw dropped when I saw how beautifully they had folded and packaged my order.....just wow!
As a direct result of their superb service, my company
