Reservations must be made to use the Clubhouse or Community Center 24 hours in advance.

There is no fee charged for this direct arrangement with LCM.

Perfect location from school and work. Friendly clubhouse staff. I'm relearning piano in the club house. I'll be there for hours on end, and I still havent got kicked out or told to stop. Haha. Everyone still greets me with a smile. Even though I'm sure they want to throw the piano off the balcony by now. I love it here. Jacuzzi, indoor/outdoor pool. Located withing walking distance of Earth Treks, 10 min from Red Rocks Community College, less than 5 min from Apex trail, and 5min walk to the light rai .

There is no place like home the office agents and maintenance crew are very helpful equally to all and they keep everything nice clean or everything in working conditions thanks guys. (I do have a problem those ducks hate me they don't even move when I'm driving even if I ask them nicely instead they start quaking the hell out of me ) just joking the community looks more beautiful with their presence
