Neck measurement : Using a cloth tape measure, have a friend measure around your neck (N) approximately 1 up from the base - where the neck meets the shoulders. Neck sizes are based in half inch increments ex.- 16, 16 1/2, 17, 17 1/2 etc. If the neck measurement falls between sizes ex. 16 1/4 always size up.

I have shopped here for 3 years and have been very very pleased with their service prices and products!
I need decent formal wear for my uniform and I could not ask for more from the shirts I get here. A nice medley of colors to pick from. Very comfortable they fit me well. Chalk it up to you get what you pay for? The ordering process, the website, and customer service in general is all fine but the actual product is sub par. I ordered a tails tux, a regular tux, a couple white oxfords, a couple black dress shirts and a few other things. I've had to sew on three buttons that fell off almost immediately upon first wearing. The shirts though a 60/40 mix are uncomfortable, poorly fitted and in the case of the white oxfords, such flimsy material that they are see through. Advertised as wrinkle free; they are not. I can only imagine what awaits when I launder the tuxes
