I am very disappointed in this company. Our PTA ordered 56 hoodies from them for the kids that missed their 5th grade graduation. Three of us parents noticed that the hoodies were mislabeled (same size as other garments our kids possess, but measuring significantly smaller). The owner will not exchange them, even if they made a mistake. He wants $25 for a hoodie, AND and additional $25 for imprinting the logo, which is outrageous. I would have even met them half way, but the way they behave is just sad. For the $1,500 order that we just placed with them, he could at least man up and admit they

I had 3 experiences with this store. The first was great which made me come back only to be sent away because they were out of letters I needed. The last trip back left me severely disappointed. I had called ahead to make sure they had the proper letters I needed for my twin sons football jersey and confirmed their closing time. I said I would be in about 5:30-540 to which the man said no problem. When I arrived at 5:37 they were closed. I had to scramble frantically to get names on their jerseys before their first game.
