I called over a month ago and they won’t let me speak to my doctor. And before you think I probably have a really high bill( because they won’t let you talk to the doctor if you don’t pay) I have no balance. The doctors are great if they stay( I’ve had 4 in the span of 6 years). The other staff are just awful.

I have been going to ravenwood since I was 16 years old and I’ve had nothing but issues with this place. My psychiatrist is amazing! Just the place I have to see her at SUCKS. Every time I am about out of my medication, I call to make an appointment and the scheduler is never there or something. I always have to leave numerous voicemails in order to hear back. And by the time I hear back, I have already gone two days without my medication. Being without your medication is a horrible experience. The front desk receptionist isn’t always pleasant or understanding either. I believe it’s time

I think one of your workers is posting on a Facebook group about how to trick a drug test. Maybe it’s not one of your workers, maybe it’s a different ravenwood health. But that’s not something I would want associated with my business. Pretty unprofessional.

I am a current client. I do not approve of their policies. And I have tried several times to cancel my appointment that I need to reschedule and have yet received a call back. Instead I got a phone call asking if I was okay. I highly doubt anyone listens to their stupid voicemails to see I did call and try to reschedule my appointment. Worse place ever.

Very rude secretary at front desk. She's been there for years. I bring my autistic son in to see Dr. Rowane, he's good. But please fire the very mean lady behind the front desk. At this time I'm looking for another mental health facility. But Dr. Rodio is amazing!

Ravenwood is the worst place ever!! My doctor doesn't put the medicine in and says it's my fault! Then he says I have to see a therapist. I was but she stopped contacting me for no reason and dropped me! Worst place ever!!

This place is a joke... the workers are nut jobs and the place should get shut down! And good luck getting help from them if you really have a serious problems. The only reason this place exists is so the geauga court can send people there to make money from state funds! This place harms people more than they help people!!! Don’t call the copeline unless you want a visit from your local police!

I have had very bad experiences with Ravenwood’s psychiatrist. I. had serious problems with antipsychotics and my doctor could not figure out what was wrong with me. I had Parkinson’s like symptoms that were overlooked. I ended up to the point I was falling and ended up in the medical part of a hodpital. I was diagnosed with neuroleptic Parkinson’s by a neurologist. The neurologist knew more than these Ravenwood pill popper psychiatrist.
