Intake is the problem, if you keep trying, eventually you'll get in and then it's not bad at all for Med Management.
What you do (from what I remember..) is show up at the main location when they open for an 'assessment'. Once the assessment is done, keep calling until they finally get you in the system to set up an appointment with the type of medical professional you're seeking. DO NOT expect them to respond to phone calls or, if they even listen to messages, do anything about them. Be persistent with the calls, showing up in person (will be faster than calling) and, eventually, you will see

I brought my family member here for an assessment and I was very disappointed by the two rude and disrespectful receptionist. This is a place where people come for help. They should feel some sense of comfort walking in the door. The young Caucasian lady with the bushy hair looked at us and spoke to us as if we were trash. People walk through these doors in the biggest fight for their lives. They shouldn’t be made to feel the way we were made to feel. I can only imagine how many people walked out of that place without the help they needed because of the way they were treated. They need some respect

Absolute GARBAGE!!! I became severely mentally ill and depression took me for a ride that almost ended me. Called for help, gave info and was told I would get a call back the following day to schedule an appt. Days later...nothing. Called back and was told I slipped through the cracks and they were so sorry. Put me through to the scheduler, got voicemail and I left an adamant message begging for help. Guess what? NOTHING!!! Several weeks later after getting out of the mental hospital for two whole weeks I was sent to them to follow up the day after getting out. Went to an intake for two hours and

-The doctors are hard to reach, probably because they're understaffed & underpaid.
-It's difficult to get your medications even if you've been on them for many years & have been prescribed from a highly skilled renown doctor.
note: (I'm not in there involuntarily, nor for drugs nor alcohol)
-I truly feel I may not be in the right place for my needs. For others in different situations, I'm sure this place can help.
-Too many redundant appts & superfluous questions..
- It seems they are over booked, stressed out and some are inaccurately judgmental. (in my opinion.)
