If you are feeling anxious, depressed, having panic attacks, increased stress, or a difficult life transition, we can help! We offer individual therapy for people throughout the lifespan, including adults, teens, and young children. We offer a variety of mental health counseling services to meet your individual needs.
This practice has been shown to help with all of those things and more! Our therapists use mindfulness in therapy to help you reach and maintain your therapy goals. Mindfulness has been researched and shown beneficial for chronic pain, illness (cancer), depression, anxiety, chronic health issues, anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, and more.
We understand that all teens have unique strengths and struggles. We also know that you want to do what is best for your child. Despite any current challenges, we feel that all teens want to find ways to feel and do well. Sometimes they just need a little help. Teen counseling can be just what adolescents need.
