I have been working with Paul for the last 7 years, and it has been nothing but an outstanding experience! He keeps his word and does what he says he will do for you and no matter how difficult the situation is, he delivers. Right in the middle of the pandemic when nobody wanted to do on site calls, I called him and he was there to address an emergency my high end customer had due to a power outage. Because of this I strongly recommend him and his team to be there when you need them, and always answer you call but most important install a good reliable system!

Paul and his crew are true pros! It’s clear they all have a passion for what they do and perfectionists. Unfortunately I had to go through several other companies before I was referred to ECNY. In my case they had to come in to fix things that weren’t set up properly by other “professionals”. It’s really hard to find great audio/video/IT/automation these days. If you start w Paul and his team, you will save so much time and $$ bc they will do it right the first time!!

I worked with Paul and his team to install shades and an AV system in my apartment. They were extremely professional and did a super high quality and efficient job. Kate Spydell in particular did a great job leading the installation of the system and the customer service by the team is immediate and extremely helpful. I've literally never had to wait more than a couple minutes for an answer to a question or a solution to a problem I've encounter. I can't recommend ECNY's services more highly.

Matt and Frank, of Electronic Concepts, did a topnotch professional home theater installation project at my home in Short Hills.
They installed ceiling Atmos speakers, which given my existing wall and ceiling barriers, was definitely a daunting challenge. But they definitely overcame all those obstacles superbly.
The speakers now look and sound terrific and the room looks great despite all the intricate work they needed to conduct during the installation.
Furthermore, their audio video processor room calibration sounds stunning!

I worked with Electronic Concepts on two homes that we renovated. Based on our first experience with them, we worked with them again on our second project wherein the scope was much greater and more in depth. Paul and his team are great to work with and genuinely good people. Paul treats his clients' dollars as if he were spending his own and he also provides different options (good and great). I recently purchased an entire smart home system from Electronic Concepts. This includes full audio, video and lighting systems wired throughout my condo in NYC. Everything went very smoothly and I am happy with my purchase. During the installation process, Randy and his crew took the time to explain everything to me. I appreciate that everyone was super friendly and I felt like they were very trustworthy. They definitely know their stuff too! I definitely would recommend this company.
