I had my home automated by Intra Home nearly 3 years ago, they were excellent. Customer service and response times were superb. They are extremely professional, courteous and customer focused.
My internet had a few issues last week, I contacted Intra Home and they returned my call with in 5 minutes. Within 30 minutes my internet was back to normal.
Excellent service.

Intro Home Systems was the first group to ask me about the kind of audio experience I liked before telling me what I should have. They then went on to craft my literal dream audio and movie watching experience for less money than the two companies I had already interviewed. It is a jaw dropping projector system that runs like a dream! But there is more! When I wanted to add a speaker and it seemed impossible? Not a problem. When a projector went bad after a year - I am not kidding - at my house that day, took care of all the warranty stuff for me - and came back to install. I cannot say enough
