Uma (the owner) was so hospitable. My family and I came in at closing time and he let us sit down anyway. He recognized that we were new customers and hadn’t been there previously. He talked with us and recommended items. He even blessed my daughter who had won her volleyball tournament with free dessert. The fooodddd……….AMAZING. All of us got different dishes and shared and everything was great. Majority of the staff was attentive and pleasant and when Uma left he came to our table to say goodbye. This was a memorable dinner for my family and I.

Food is okay - we order samosa chaat which looked like more of channa masla dumped on small samosa pieces. Chicken tika kabob was reheated which too bad because it had good taste but 3 out of 6 both were burned with reheat. Chicken karahi hardly had boti it was more thai meat fat. Lamb karahi was good but too oily. Lastly they got my drink and then we had ordered two naans to go and they forgot that as well. I liked that the owner was also serving I think his name was Parkesh (sorry for wrong spell). They had a couple of people who were in training. Overall it was a okay experience and we will

We liked the security about covid-19 and social distancing., You should not lower your guard😷The staff wore a mask ... thanks for that. There are very good Indian cuisine restaurants in my area ... the diversity of flavors and styles that exist throughout the country is noticeable in every dish. Maa Kitchen is one of them, they have a good selection of food. Customer service is good, friendly. In addition to that, be careful when selecting the level of spices. Mild, medium, or spicy. Medium is also spicy, it will make you sweat ... 😋 you can't miss a mild spicy to enjoy the Indian flavors
