After relocating here, we needed to find a veterinary clinic for our cat. We went here because of the location, reviews and professional website. Everyone was extremely friendly and our experience with the front staff and Dr. Bridge was wonderful even though my cat did not have a very good time. They were understanding and did what they can do. We just adopted a dog and will be coming here as well. I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic.

I had an appointment this morning , my fur baby is Stanley he was very stressed and anxious. the girls at the front desk were amazing made me feel so good about being there. Tori came out to my car trying to help me get Stanley out and it just wasn't happening. She suggested a few other things to try in future which was very helpful.
I just want to say I was pleased with the service this morning.
Thank you Hub City for going out of your way to make us feel so welcomed and comfortable.

I canât recommend this office enough! My dog hurt herself two years ago while playing at a park. We went to another âwell knownâ office in Lubbock to see how we could help her. After countless of x-rays and vet visits, we were just told that she twisted her back leg wrong and to have her rest. Time and time again, she would start limping and we would go back to that vet and prescribed pain killers. She was getting so bad that she would refuse to put weight on her back legs. Would highly recommend! Dr. Bridges was wonderful! She explained everything in detail and answered any questions we had. She made sure we left with all the info we needed. The entire staff was nice and helpful. It was our pups first vet visit and they did all they could to make him feel loved and comfortable.

Hub City Vet Clinic is an amazing vet clinic! Since we started going there they have went above and beyond. Every time we have had a sick cat they have called the next day to check up on them. After we had to put one of our beloved cats to sleep they called a few day after to check up on us. I would and do recommend Hub City to everyone I meet who has pets because they are amazing and caring. Plus they treating your animal they donât just start with the most expensive treatment first. They try to save you money while giving your pets the best care possible. My daughter and I absolutely love Hub

By far the best vet clinic in Lubbock. I have tried out several vet clinics in the Lubbock area and have never received better service than with Dr. Ledford and his staff. Everyone is extremely kind, and has vast knowledge. On both occasions they have been able to squeeze us in the same day, and I have not had to experience long wait times upon check in. Dr. Ledford conducts a thorough examination, with no drama from my grumpy GSD who despises being touched by strangers(that says it all). They are also, VERY reasonably priced. Finally, to top it off, Dr. Ledford offers mobile equine services. I
