Heather and Kali, were great! They were understanding of my emotions, knowledgeable about all of the next steps after my grandmother's passing, helpful in answering any and all of my questions, gentle in their delivery of information that we needed to discuss (steps, options, pricing, etc). They never once made me feel pressured to buy anything I didn't want, which was refreshing. They both made me feel comfortable reaching out, even when I know I was probably more needy of their time than other clients. Their response time to phone calls and emails was prompt and much appreciated.

We would rate Weeks' Dryer Mortuary five+ stars. Katey, Kali, Dan and the staff at Weeks' Dryer Mortuary are wonderful. We unexpectedly lost our 38 year old son. After talking with Katey, we were very confident that Weeks' Dryer Mortuary would be able to provide the type of service that we wanted for our family and friends. We were not disappointed. Katey and Kali were our “go-to” people. They were so patient and understanding. They made helpful suggestions that got us through this very difficult time. They saw to our every need; even the needs we didn’t know that we had. The loss of a loved

The funeral director was very understanding of our needs. Due to COVID-19 restriction, many family members and friends couldn't attend the funeral service, she recorded the service for us so that we can share it with them to watch in their own time zone because for some they live outside of the country. That was greatly appreciated. They offer a five stars service!! Thanks Katey!!

It has taken me a couple weeks to find the words to describe my experience with Weeks Dryer Mortuary... When I lost my son 6 weeks ago, I was lost, I didn't know what questions to ask or what steps to take so a friend suggested I call weeks because that's who they use. So I looked at websites and reviews and called multiple places. Kali and Katey at Weeks treated me like they've known me for years. They answered my questions, sent emails, checked in and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. The staff at weeks made me feel like my son and my grief were their first priority. Six weeks later

Weeks' Dryer Mortuary has been so caring, thoughtful, and knowledgeable through the process of losing my father. Kali kindly answered all my big and small questions, since this is the first time I have ever had to deal with a death of a parent. They are truly a genuine comfort during this hard time.

What a caring and professional group. The duo that came to our house were patient and professional. Rylee did a good job of walking me through everything, making it simple and with no attempts to upsell anything. She even encouraged me not to pay for too many death certificates, saying they could order more for me in the future if I needed it at any time. Rylee and Kali were fantastic about communicating with me every step of the way.

I have to say that I don't know when I have been more unhappy with a business. I am incredulous at the incompetence shown today. They sent an elderly man and tiny woman to come pick up my uncle, who weighs over 250 lbs when they were informed of his weight by the chaplain. My cousin with a bad back had to help them. When they couldn't get a gurney into the bedroom to pick up my uncle's body, they had to practically drag him to the gurney down and around the hallway. EMTs did not have this problem before when he had to go to ER. Then they struggled for a long time outside to get the
