The staff at the leasing office and the maintenance crew are fantastic people to work with. It’s very seldom do you feel welcome and part of the community by staff and even maintenance workers. At Pointe Inverness they do everything in their power to make your stay be a great one. I have no complaints and would recommend these apartments to anyone. Thank you Pointe Inverness Apartments for a wonderful place to call home. Keep up the good work!

Some good memories here, and the price for what you get and the area is pretty reasonable based on comparison's on this side of town. The units have a bit of age and so there ARE imperfections... some of the balcony's here are clearly sagging and angled and are in need of repair. Other little things here and there but overall I feel like we did well for what we paid. Management is very polite and eager to help... but I have noticed that when it involves maintenance there are issues with communication and follow through. When brought up I was given excuses like 'we are human we make mistakes', and

We LOVE Pointe Inverness! We lived here when we first got married in 2014, then moved away to Colorado for a bit, then moved BACK to Pointe Inverness because we loved it so much! This place is truly home. The front office staff is second to none. They are like family, they care so much. Seriously, I would recommend to everyone. Love this place!

I have lived at Point Inverness for almost a year now and love it! Yes the electric bills can be a bit high but nowhere near $200-$300. My friend from college and I paid around $100 a month for a two bedroom during the winter.
Meredith and Kelly are both awesome and really helped my friend, Trey and I feel at home when we moved in and throughout our stay. For example, one day after a long day at work I pulled in and Meredith said I looked like I needed an ice cream bar and handed me one. Made my day!
The pool is also amazing during the summer. Really feels like you
