Been a customer for decades. WILL NOT BE BACK EVER!!! Paid DoorDash over $10 just so I could get my usual meal while I’m in mourning and so I didn’t have to drive by the hospital. BUT NO! Manager stood across the room and wouldn’t come near me to talk about my order. Him yelling at me “I’m sorry your dad died but…”. Real nice. Like I wanted all the other customers to hear that my dad died. I’ll never go back. They’re a bunch of Cheechakos not from Alaska. Wish they’d leave. Alaskans don’t treat people like that.

I arrived for a pick up my order was placed by phone the man stated 21.00. I got there n my order was not ready which made the cost go up as it was past the lunch time I guess. The food was not the quality it use to be n over cooked. I like to help merchants in my neighbor. I will go to Panda express even if it is out of my way next time

Extremely rude staff. Difficult to get refund. I ordered delivery. I called to see about a refund, they immediately got annoyed and told me I can bring it back if I want a refund. When I got there, an employee was very upset. He asked me why I was returning the food. I let him know the chicken doesn't seem to be cooked all the way through. He opened the soup container, stuck his fingers inside and pulled out a piece of chicken and said it's cooked. It was a very awkward experience. I definitely will not be returning. Edit to add that it's been 5 days and I still have not gotten my refund. When

Called ahead to order the sesame chicken, with fried rice and gyoza. They said 15/20 minutes and it would be $16. I got there early and it was ready for me, hot and delicious. I have been coming here for almost 20 years and it is comfort food! Great customer service, small local business, clean space, a go to spot.

The girl who took my order was super kind and friendly she deserves a 100 stars! The food was well the fried rice was not tasty at all and had 1 pea and 1 tiny piece of carrots, the dumplins were gross and the Mongolian beef was ok. Will not return. It is so hard to find good Chinese food in Alaska!
