Good and creative dishes! Great environment. Pear cheesecake is to die for! Just a little bit pricy.

I attended a conference in Anchorage and pre-ordered the filet, and requested it be cooked Blue. It was superb and is one of the best steaks I have ever had. I hope to return one day to again enjoy this dish.
Highly recommended restaurant in downtown Anchorage.

Food is good, price is about right for location and chic-ness. I wasn't stuffed afterwards but content... Probably 3.5 stars on a bell curve.

Ordered the general tso'sanders chicken and it's a nice crispy chicken with sauce drenched over it that didn't affect the crunch! The sauce is good but I did find it to be missing something (it's a bit sweet and I guess I was expecting more umami).

Partner ordered kobe burger...I didn't try it but thought the fries were a bit stale.

I'd come back to try other dishes.

Food was excellent! Service was decent but they were a full house and packed and very busy. No major complaints though.

Excellent food and excellent service. We stumbled upon this place through Google and are so happy we did!! The food was plentiful and the dishes were unique and very tasty. It’s obvious the chef puts a great deal of thought into each dish. The tuna tower was so good my dad and I had to have our own for an appetizer. there were very tasty options for a vegetarian like my father, I had the Cajun General Taos chicken thighs and was blown away by the flavor. Thank you for an excellent meal.

This is always a win. The atmosphere is swanky and cool, romantic if you want. They do an awesome job on cocktails here with a fun variety. The appetizers are fantastic and different than anywhere in town which is nice for something different. We had the risotto balls which are amazing, the chicken lettuce wraps, and the tuna tower. I'm saving the best for last because it truly is fabulous....the Caesar, stop it right now. It's a fusion of flavors and not like one you've had before. I could eat that salad 3 times a week! Great service, if it's in summer you have to have a reservation

Service is very slow but the food was worth the wait. It was also a busy mid-week night so maybe that was the issue.
Server was friendly, and well informed about the menu.
Has vegan and vegetarian options but ask details. Vegan springrolls come with a cilantro sauce that has fish in it by default. Sweet chili sauce is a vegetarian option.
Vegan curry was good.
Banana lemongrass soup was delicious.
Non-vegetarian options:
General Tsoanders was good, as was the strawberry chill salad.

And don't forget dessert. We tried the salted caramel cinnamon ice cream- flavorful and good end to a good

Great spot for date night and I love the atmosphere. The drinks were great along with the appetizers. I had the filet mignon and it tasted absolutely amazing with the sauce. It was just how I imagine and could not make date night better. My date bought the same thing but we both agreed the carrots were a little undercooked.

I've been coming here for 6 years and their quality has been consistent. The menu has changed a bit over time but the mac and cheese is honestly one of the best I've had in my life. The cocktails are amazing. The staff is friendly. And all the food is so good.
If you can reserve, this place is quality and can fill up quickly.

My hubs and I stopped in here on a whim and really enjoyed it. We sat at the bar and ate dinner and it was a great experience. The bartender was amazing. We started with the spring rolls and then shared the vegetable curry. The rolls were super fresh and delish. The curry was huge so splitting it was perfect. We added their house made hot sauce to the curry and really enjoyed that. They also have a great drinks menu so give them a try.

Favorite restaurant on the entire trip! We loved the atmosphere, and the food and drinks were the best. We were immediately seated, and our food and drinks came quickly! We got the tuna tower, chicken caesar salad, and stuffed french toast. For drinks we had the perfect peach and the lavender cosmo. I highly recommend coming here, you can’t go wrong with any of the menu items!

The food here is to die for! It was nice we were able to make a reservation for our family of six for our first vacation to alaska. Personally I had the banana lemongrass soup, which is one of the best and most unique things I’ve ever had. I also had the beef curry and it was just as phenomenal. We had the green tea creme brûlée for dessert and it was so fresh.
This is the type of place where you can just point randomly at the menu and be entirely content with what you get. 10/10 recommend!

The food is very yummy and they also have vegan options! The servers were very friendly as well! I think their servings are a bit small for the price but overall we had no issues and the place was very clean! Parking is hard to find since it is downtown so make sure you are wearing comfortable shoes since it might be a bit of a walk to get there!

Host was able to promptly seat us at our reservation time. While at all times it felt as if we had 3 servers, our "main server" was very prompt and attentive. She kept a watchful eye on how low our beverages were, and had a great knowledge on the menu. Food came out quickly and was delicious. It was interesting enough, but not reaching too far. Just enough heat to compliment the flavors of the food.
Beef Curry- Great balance on spice, and depth of flavor.
General Tso-Anders Chicken- Great fusion from different worlds of spice. Was skeptical of this dish, but was pleasantly surprised. Only improvement

I have not been to Ginger in many years and figured that it was time to try them again. My memory of Ginger wasn't all that good so I will admit, I went in with low expectations.

We ordered some drinks and wings to start the night off. The drinks and wings were REALLY good, and the dipping sauce was awesome. If I just stopped there, this would have been a 4/5 star review.

After the wings came and gone, our waiter took our order. The duck for me and Ahi Tuna for my friend. Ten minutes go by and the waiter returns and says, "You ordered the ahi right?" then rushes off and puts

Was a bit disappointed in our experience. The meal overall was tasty, but the presentation was awkward. In a container better suited for a sheet of brownies due to how shallow it was... instead it was filled with curry.

The delivery driver apologized for some of the leakage, but it wasn't their fault. The packaging just didn't make any sense.

The Panang beef curry was good, didn't blow our socks off but we enjoyed it. There wasn't as much beef as we would have liked. Given the amount of curry, there wasn't much rice - but that's not too big a deal.

I was casually wandering downtown and was in a mood for steak. I stopped by Club Paris and their reservations were booked for another 3 hours. Hungry and willing to check some other place out I decided to start wandering again. I didn't get very far (next door) before I stumble upon Ginger.

Ginger had been on my radar, though I wasn't necessarily in the mood for Asian Fusion. The catch? I was down to try it and there were a decent amount of attractive people in the restaurant (so shallow, I know). Anywho, went in a decided to give it a try.

Alisha was my server and she did not disappoint

I saw this place about a month ago & decided to check it out. The restaurant was spaced out nice & had all of the COVID precautions/ guidelines in place. The waiters were super attentive and friendly to talk to. Our waiter was pretty cool and made easy conversation as we were ordering.

The food was amazing! I recomend the pork egg rolls for an appetizer & the seared thai for dinner. They also live up to their name on the best cocktails in Anchorage with having a wide selection of house cocktails.

Definitley a great spot for a date night or dinner in downtown

So happy they're still operating during COVID. This place was a ghost town, so we had the restaurant to ourselves. All staff was taking precautions (wearing a mask, practicing social distancing...ect)

We came here for brunch and the menu did not disappoint! I decided to get the ahi tuna tower (which is an appetizer) as my entree and it was great. The wasabi cream wasn't too spicy and the tuna was served close to room temperature, how I like it. The small chunks of avocado and pineapple complimented the tuna well. My husband got the "hot mess" entree and said it was excellent
