Patients that seek amplification sooner in their hearing loss journey adapt to hearing aids quicker than those who wait. Most individuals lose hearing slowly over many years, however, when a hearing aid is worn, the patient receives that hearing back in one day. The brain needs time to adapt to the new sounds from the environment.

Wow awful business. Sitting in their waiting rooM now and all 20 chairs are full. Packed like sardines in here! No wonder they NEVER pick up the phone when you call and you only get the answering service. Had to chase them down to get my apt scheduled. Why my other Dr recommended this place other than proximity I'll never know. STAY AWAY! I'm 30 min from my apt time and not being seen yet. They just want as much business as possible and take on way more than they can handle at the expense of their patients time. Worst Managed Dr office I've ever been to!

Too bad this place can't be rated zero. From the front office to the doctor the service was extremely unprofessional. First, when I arrived by appointment, I had to stand and wait until the employees finished discussing their personal lives before accepting a client. Secondly, the entire examination of Dr. Shilpa finished in a couple of minutes and she left to fetch some paperwork, which was eventually brought to us by another person. We asked to call the doctor back, as we still had questions for her, but she did not even consider it necessary to return and give answers. Everything again happened

Dr. Li Li and all of the office staff are friendly, polite and a pleasure to interact with. They get right on my recurring ear infections and help me on the road to recovery. If I was just reading them it would be five stars plus, but the scheduling system that they have in place is terrible and it took 13 days for somebody to call me back to be scheduled for an appointment during which time I had to go to urgent care as well as two visits to my primary which did not do any good because none of them were as equipped or knowledgable as an ENT to properly treat me. That left me two weeks of pain

Appears as a rush to get a new patient in for a consult, but not much information is provided. Information is provided but the Nurse Practitioner seemed to have a delivery, without much connecting with new patients. My girlfriend is out of town and wants to be part of the visits by video call but they weren't on board with it. A better connection and understanding individuals would create a more caring environment, along with quick follow-up.

I wanted to let you know about my visit with Enticare this morning.
I got there before the doors even opened at 8am. I had an 8:15 appointment. After sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes, a nurse took me to an exam room. She asked me all the same questions I put in the 4 pages I had just filled out in the waiting room earlier. I asked why, and she said she was helping the girl at reception put it in the system. I thought that was ok, but frustrating.
After another 25 minutes in the exam room alone, waiting to see the doctor, the nurse came back in and said i was in the wrong exam room(that

The staff was very nice and professional. The doctor...she was nice but snippy honestly. The medical assistant was super nice asking me all the basic questions and then the doc came in and immediately gave her assistant attitude. As soon as the doctor heard I was a smoker she honestly wrote everything off. She looked barely for a couple of mins and said my throat issue was due to me smoking and maybe due to acid reflux. I had cut down on smoking majorly and even though smoking has a huge affect on the throat, I had also gotten laryngitis this past year for the 1st time ever and ever since then

*updated* another frustration is that their scheduling/refill requests is outsourced so when you call to make an appointment you have to give them ALL of your information just for them to have a scheduler Give you a call back within 24 hours. If you miss their call back then you have to go back to square one and start all over.
Once again, the wait time is astronomical. If we weren't on a progressive allergy medication, we would never come back. Don't get me wrong, we love Doctor Li, but Today's appointment took 45 minutes to be called back and another 20 minutes after that to

I called to schedule a check up/ exam and have my hearing evaluated and a piece of cotton swab removed from my ear. When I arrived for my appointment front desk staff was helpful but I wasn’t able to have my hearing evaluated because of an audiologist being booked? This was the main reason for my visit. If you attend this doctors office be aware that there is a financial incentive to split your appointment into multiple visits to increase the profit. This is obviously not needed and probably should be disclosed before booking the appointment. The doctor did not evaluate my nose or throat and

We used Enticare's services in 2017 for an operation at Mercy Hospital in 2017. We were billed for their services along with other medical services that were used. They either have the worst, poorly-run billing department in the country or just are inept about keeping accurate records.
We were billed and made payments on the amount due. We kept getting statements for the whole amount. When we called about a payment being applied, we were told that someone would call us back. Of course, that never happened.
Finally, the account was turned over to a collection agency. We were able

The office was very busy and overbooked with patients. My appointment time was 2:00pm and I wasn't seen until 2:45. The doctor was in a rush and spent maybe 3 min. with me. I wanted a thorough exam since I was suffering with vertigo. I had to tell her to look in my nose. I had to finish asking my questions with the nursing assistant who gave me more time and respect. The front office only had one girl and the office is way to busy for just one person. I had to wait 3 weeks to get a VNG appointment for my dizziness. I ended up just cancelling all together. Not happy and didn't feel like

First I have to say that I love Dr Mostafavi, he is one of the best. The female Dr is mediocre and really has no personality at all. As far as the office staff they are the worst. They cancel appointments by accident then refuse to see you , run over an hour and a half late, leave you on hold and forget about you, forget to send referrals. They need to hire better people. I will not go back there.

Stay away from this horrible office! Dr. Shilpa Vishwanath butchered my lip during a lip biopsy procedure! I had to go to the ER the day after the procedure because she did such a horrible job. I was in excruciating pain and my lip was severely swollen for days. The ENT office never returned our calls after we asked what to do or if I could come in and get help, which I was promised by Dr. Vishwanath if anything happened. Because no one got back to us we ended up having to go to urgent care then the ER. The doctors and medical staff that saw my lip commented that it looked really bad and infected

They provided me my cpap but they refuse to support it. They have no idea what masks I have used and they apparently do not keep any records. Whoever answers their phones has 0 information about who you should talk to about past masks used, which I feel they should have a record of.
The last time I was in there they completely wasted my time and then lied to me just to get me on my way. I got in 5 mins before my appointment time and was not called back till 45 mins later.
Once back I sat there for another 45 mins before someone came in and said the person that works with the cpap are not

I saw Li Li the nurse practitioner. She was amazing and very knowledgeable! She was able to address my ear issues and was so friendly! There are different locations and different specialties (audiology, ENT, sleep, allergy, etc). Trying to get specific questions answered (especially when it comes to insurance questions) took a little more time but they are always able to get back to me by the end of the day. The staff are friendly as well. They require face masks during covid and also space the chairs in the waiting room as well, so I felt comfortable coming in during the pandemic!

BEWARE!!! This is the most unorganized doctors office I have ever went to. I chased them around for months trying to book an appointment after they took my co-pay. Months and months! No joke, then when I finally got the appointment I had to get tested, that took some doing as well, two trips to their office, then the results took like a a month and a half to get. Not one phone call from them this whole time, not one phone call! I called and called to set everything up. After finally reviewing results, I was in need of a device and They started that I should not use my insurance and I should just

I arrived 5 minutes late (according to my Apple watch) to my appointment and learned that since I was more than 10 minutes late according to their clock, they would have to "check with the doctor" to see if she would agree to see me. After much back and forth, it was decided that I could be seen. After an hour of waiting in my car to be called in, I spent another half hour in the exam room. Not sure if this was punishment for being late, or typical practice. Either way, I'll never go back.

Sleep study/machine follow-up is AWFUL!!!! First study in February 2020, machine is not the correct one. Long delays and complications due to Covid, I get it. Ready to move forward with second sleep study on June 17, new machine decided by Dr on June 19. After numerous calls to voice mails finally talked to someone who was re-sending the order for the new machine on June 27. As of July 1, the order still has not be received. Why am I doing all of this follow-up?
Interesting that sleep study Dr, Cardiologist, Neurologist all say my husband has "severe apnea" based on the test results

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! As a new patient, I made an appointment for my 19 year old son and I see the doctor. I asked for the Gilbert Office, was told they are closed indefinitely due to Covid. Was schedule then for the Chandler office. Was told that we needed to wait in the car after check in by the scheduler when she confirmed my appointment. When we arrived at the office, my son stayed in the car and I checked him in that I could pay for the visit. They couldn't give us hearing tests because by now it was too late today, besides they had never checked our insurance. Made an appointment as a new patient for a tube replacement. I went in, they removed the one that had come out then informed me I needed to make a separate appointment with a surgeon.
Okay.
Except they need to rent out a surgical facility and bring in an anesthesiologist (!!!) to the tune of $3,500. With the crap they call insurance here.
NO WAY. Previously in another state (CA) my ENT would do it outpatient for $300. Without insurance, cash price.
These people are nuts and I'm frankly disenchanted with medical care in the state of Arizona. I'll be scheduling a flight to CA, a hotel
