I became a team member of ABHA over 10 years ago as a patient care coordinator (PCC) and have since gone back to school to obtain my Audiology Assistance in Hearing Aid Technology Certificate.

I was completely satisfied from the moment I verified my appointment to the moment I walked out after my first visit.
Everyone at the office was professional and friendly as well.
Prior to the appointment, I was asked to fill out forms to better understand my specific issues and concerns.
I saw Dr. Day and I was IMMEDIATELY impressed that she did take the time prior to actually read and understand my concerns and issues from the forms I filled out before my visit ( So many times in the past, I've filled out similar forms for other doctors, only to realize many don't take the time to read).

I’ve been to 3 other places before this one with my daughter and no one would explain what was going on all I would get is a “come back in 3 months”
I googled different places and came across This one specifically. My daughter loves it and I finally have been getting answers as to what is going on. They take the time to explain everything and answers any questions. I definitely recommend!!!

Great experience with Dr Lambert. Professional, knowledgeable and thorough. First visit reduced my vertigo by 95%. Next visit took just 5 minutes and cleared up any remaining issues. 6 months later and no issues. I’m very happy with both Dr Lambert and the whole team at Arizona Balance and Hearing. I highly recommend them.

Walk in the door, you're helped right away by Jerry. Kayla and Dr. Russell did a very in-depth exam of my lack of hearing. The time they took, and their patience was incredible.
Dr. Schmidt did my initial tele exam, to see what my basic needs were to make sure they knew some details of my condition before I walked in the door. Great idea.
Dr. Dana Day, has some great videos on their site too. I watched those before I came in to prepare me for my first hearing exam, and my first hearing aids.

Arizona Balance & Hearing Aids was above and beyond for me. I am hard hearing impaired going on for 38 years and this is my first time the audiologist orientated me and educated me about the probabilities of the causes of hearing loss and references to pros and cons based on the hearing test result. I am flattened and I feel better about where I stand of my hearing conditions. I totally recommend this provider to anyone who want a better hearing experiences and a better deep understanding based on history record and result.

I was on vacation in North Carolina when I woke up in the middle of the night with a bout of vertigo. Remember when you were a kid and you would spin around on purpose and then sit on the grass to watch the way the sky spins? It was just like that. After the vertigo subsided, persistent dizziness set in. Imagine that somebody tilted the floor you were walking on but didn’t tell you. It was like that for six days straight.

Kayla was amazing and made the entire process for my mother comfortable. She explained everything one step at a time. She was professional, responsive and caring. We would definitely recommend them to anyone that is need of hearing aids. Kayla took the time to return on the same day to deliver devices. My mother finally could hear!! AZ Balance & Hearing Aids came highly recommended through my Mom's Neurologist. She'd been through two brands at a Big Box store and four additional types at a reputable Audiologist. Some experts said her ears were too small, some said she needed special molds (which she tried), some said she needed to spend more money, and some claimed her ear canals had collapsed and were thus impossible to fit.
