My approach to counseling reflects a belief in your inherent dignity and worth. It is rooted in the belief that you possess a tremendous capacity for growth, healing, and re-creation over the course of your life. Sessions with me are collaborative, holistic, strength-based, and personalized to your needs.
Counseling is about change, and change happens when you feel safe, respected, supported, and appropriately challenged. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to get a sense of why you're seeking counseling at this time. It also gives you an opportunity to ask me questions about my approach and how we might work together. During this call, we'll discuss possible next steps, which might include scheduling a time for our initial in-person session.
