I approach counseling from a holistic understanding of life and self. We are each shaped by our experiences through time and each acquire habits, beliefs and values that carry us through the many tasks, roles and relationships of our lives.
Sarah Kaufman Counseling in Eugene, OR, provides client-centered therapy for those struggling with trauma, anxiety and grief. Integrating somatic therapy, DBT, IFS and interpersonal neurobiology. I offer individual counseling and psychotherapy to adults and teens, serving Eugene and Lane County, Oregon.
Couples come to counseling for many reasons and at different stages in their relationship. Some couples need new tools to resolve ongoing conflict or make an important decision about the relationship. Others want to deepen intimacy, clarify values or renegotiate roles. Couples therapy is not just for couples in crisis.
Session fees range from $120-$185 depending on session type and length. I am an in-network provider with most PacficSource plans. I can bill many other insurance plans as an out-of-network provider. I offer a cash discount to clients who are not covered by insurance and pay in full at time of service.
My office is located in the historic Wilcox Building, above the Bijou theater. Clients can access my office from the front of the building, which faces 13th Ave. There is a parking lot adjacent to the building, off street parking and secure bike racks. I am on the second floor of the building, in Suite 210.
