They never, and I do not mention this lightly, they have never answered a single phone call after my eye appointment with them. I was supposed to receive a box contact lenses, which was free with my insurance (and recommended as in network) - so I assume they never made an order for it after I requested for it - and it was confirmed by the receptionist in charge. It's been 2-3 months and I have not received 1) a call/email 2) said set of lenses 3) an email/phone call back, in response to my multiple calls. I was also trying to purchase a set of glasses, which my insurance covered - and heard discussing

Dr. Arima referred me to Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute for my cataract surgery and performed all of the follow up appointments. The entire process has been unbelievably successful. PCLI is extremely organized and professional. Dr. Arima also has been very prompt and courteous with his follow up. I could not be more pleased with the service or the results.

I was hit with a surprise bill of $40 after the office visit. This was after paying the $20 deductible at the time of the visit. They do unnecessary exams without informing the patient and hit you with bills afterwards. I've been to other optometrists in the area but this has never happened. My family and I will never return to Mill Creek Vision.

Had a medical issue with my eyes. Got me right in. Had to have follow up visits for 90 days. The staff made all the arrangements and Dr A was very informative of what was going on and what to do in the future. Offered me the choice of over the counter drops to keep my costs lower. Very happy with outcome.

Dr Jenness was very polite, professional, and clear speaker. He took the time to go over my results of the testing that was done and gave me some very good recommendations to help with some issues I was having with my eyes. Dr Jenness is a new doctor to the practice and I highly recommend him to anybody looking for a new eye doctor. All the medical assistants were very nice too!

Such a waste of time.
According to their website they can diagnose/help with binocular vision issues which is the entire reason I scheduled here. I asked 4 times about it, once with the person who scheduled me, once with the medical assistant who brought me back to the room and twice with the Dr. I brought it up at the beginning of the appointment, and after maybe 20min of a usual eye exam I was on my way out and brought it up again. The Dr acted annoyed that I was taking up more time, and he either didn't know what I was talking about or was being sarcastic (tone was condescending at best) because

My wife is a regular patient of Dr Russell who apparently is no longer there. Today she saw Dr Arima. She truly loved Dr Russell and today had a very pleasant experience with Dr Arima. Both doctors are knowledgeable, kind, and took time to give her excellent care.
Unfortunately, similar to other reviews we just read, outside of the doctors the office has problems.
My wife consistently has received rude, incompetent service from the receptionists/front desk staff. This was something she mentioned before and today the same thing happened.
The receptionist had issues with our insurance- didn’t

First thing first: this is not about the staff members that worked today.
This is about a culture that this business owner/s seem to be generating. Something that perhaps the staff themselves are unable to articulate or be heard about.
I called to make my appointment for new glasses for myself and my partner awhile ago. I told them we didn’t have glasses at the time, and that they were missing or broken.
Today was my appointment and I get there and the poor receptionists are being forced to do the job of their billing department. The lab worker is forced to do eyeglass fittings due to short
