The program was originally founded by Ron McKiernan in 1988 as Certified Counseling Services, where clients from all around the United States utilized his highly regarded case management and transitional housing program.

The Revolution in Counseling's Long-Term Residential Recovery Program designs, manages, and facilitates highly structured treatment plans for men with persistent substance use disorders. Our treatment services typically span a period between 12-24 months.

From the initial stage of contact Mr. Tarullo and his team of professionals guide clients and their families through the process of completing long term treatment including: specific detox recommendations, entrance into transitional housing facilities, and progression through the entire therapeutic treatment model.
