The first step is to consult with a mortgage specialist. If you don't already have someone in mind, we can introduce you to some of the best lenders in the industry. Before you search for a home, you should meet with your loan officer to get pre-approved. There are a variety of loan programs available, so make sure to get pre-qualified for those that best suit your needs.

My husband and I decided to sell our house back in November 2015. It was a hard decision to make but with a growing family we had to move into a bigger house.
