He explained to us each detail and walked us through the process of becoming a Bell resident.
We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed.

We've been here since 2018, and love it. We can walk to Universal City walk and the parks (Diagon Alley). As Florida residents we can get discount to annual passes. Bell had the perfection location when we first decided to move to Orlando. I can walk and get a butterbeer! Plus bars & restaurants at the hotels are all great and walkable.
We looked at a couple places, one closer to downtown, another a little more suburban, but this place had not only the location but the apartment layout we liked best.

Beautiful, just absolutely beautiful. So well maintained and gorgeous landscaping. Rita was so professional and informative when answering all of our questions and made us feel so comfortable. When we are looking next year for a new place to call home, Bell at Universal is DEFINITELY at the top of our list!

I am rewriting this due to I can paste here. I have talked to the leasing office several times in the past 3 and a half months about the noise issue. Nothing has been done and it appears that nothing will be done. I was told that the tenant had given his notice and he gave his weeks before I gave mine and they still have not moved out so take that for what it is worth. I am just a few short and sweet weeks from moving out so at this point any action is mute by Bell at Universal's part. At this point I will no longer communicate with the leasing office about this It is a waste of my time

Clubhouse is gorgeous, fitness room is very nice and always very clean. Very affordable for the area (at the time, with a discount provided for a roommate going to school at Universal) for a two bedroom, each with its own private bath. Tub is huge, bedroom spacious, very nice kitchen.

Bell at Universal Apartments are special in many ways. The management actually listens to concerns and responds right away. The staff and maintenance are professional and very nice. As a vendor for this property, I can honestly say that this in one property we have thoroughly enjoyed servicing. Management is professional, and makes it clear that they put their residents needs first. They don't take shortcuts to provide any service their residents may require, and it's evident that the tenants are very appreciative to be living there. The atmosphere is upbeat, welcoming and friendly, with state of the art amenities that are well maintained and well planned. We are happy to recommend this property to anyone who asks!

I absolutely made the right choice by choosing to rent at Bell at Universal. The process was so smooth and zero stress. Rita in the leasing office was amazing. Always so polite and explained everything in full detail from the very beginning of the process. She definitely went above and beyond to make my family and I feel welcome and give us 5 star service. The property is beautiful inside and outside. We are looking forward to many memories to be made here!

We have lived at Bell for 6 years and have enjoyed it so much. The staff is top notch and so friendly and attentive. The maintenance staff are always on top of any issues and requests and resolve it ASAP. We can’t say enough about living here other than it’s wonderful. Best place to reside in Orlando!

Very clean and beautiful property. Very welcoming. Madeline was friendly and helpful explaining the amenities on site as well as things nearby. I was unfamiliar with the area but felt comfortable after speaking with her. I enjoyed the tour of the apartment she gave me. She was professional but also very personable. The apartments are nicely updated and I like the layout.

So much to say about this property. BEWARE!
I moved in because it was close to work. The universal discount is a joke. After my first month my rent went up. When asked, they said I had to pay them for the water bill. PLUS they add on expenses like garbage, mail etc During Covid they were no help to their renters. No discount since the closed down the pool and gym and business center.
This place is also loud and the staff doesn't care.
When I moved out, I didn't get a final walk through. I was called from the office and was told to leave the keys in the drawer and leave the door unlocked

UPDATED 3/2018: I've lived at Bell for nearly two years now. There have been no major issues. Police activity is very minimal. We are on the far side of the complex by the Universal parking lot and I believe that has helped us avoid most of those issues.
Pros:
-Universal TMs can walk to work
-Maintenance is reliable and quick, especially in emergency situations
-Complex is small enough to walk to mailboxes or pool quickly
-Apartments are nicely sized, clean, and easy to keep up
-Pet fees are reasonable and staff are courteous with animals

We have been planning to move to Orlando for the past 3 months and have made a few trips to visit apartment complexes. Bell Universal had caught our eye as one of the so called "high end luxury apartments". So here's my experience.... After speaking to several girls over the phone at the property not call center, one of them being Eli the disgusting attitude I had received over the phone completely turned me off to the idea of living at this place. I am highly impressed with the ground and the units available at Bell at Universal.
I spoke to Heather this morning informing her that I had made obligation on Saturday night online and I would be dropping the money order off today.
I just got to the office and her to whom I should make the money order out to. She informed me, I filled out the money order.
She then write me up the new "telling me that the price has gone up $117 in 2 business days (and 2weekrnd days).
I cannot return the money order.
Bell will not cut me a new check as the money order is now made out to them.

If you like playing games when you rent an apartment (with all the rules helping the rental staff), go ahead. If not stay away. I tried to rent from them, but the price changed 3 times, and the second time I emailed the agent and said I would take it, would it be ok to come after my vacation. She said yes, but when I showed up the price was different again and higher. If they can't stand by their word and agreements when renting I hate to think what they will do once they have you! Too many places around to play these stupid games!

Apartments and grounds are well maintained. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. (Smoke alarm battery died at midnight one Friday night recently -- only happens after office hours or middle of the night, right? Called and left message for Maintenance, who called back within 15 minutes and was at our apartment within a half hour after we'd called. Far as I'm concerned, service doesn't get better than that.)
Choice of apartment is anywhere from small (over a garage -- rent extra) up to a 2-bedroom. Ours (top floor, 1-bedroom) has high ceiling and is spacious

I moved here from out of state at the end of May and am truly thankful for the helpful staff here at Bell at Universal. I was unable to visit the community before moving to the area, but the photos were exactly what I saw when I moved-in, actually, better in person. The maintenance staff has been excellent and both Linsay and Dana have been wonderful as well!
The grounds are the absolute cleanest than any other community I have lived in and the amenities are beautiful. Thank you again for making this such a wonderful place to live!

I've been at Bell at Universal for almost a year now with a bunch of other students. We chose this place because of the convenient location. (You can walk to the employee entrance at Universal in less then 3 mins)
On our first time paying rent, we each put in our share individually. A few days later we received a call about being short on rent. Malcom handled the situation when it arose, but would not accept our word that we had paid. It doesn't help that we are all under 25, so I can understand him not believing us, but I think he could have had more tact when talking with us. Eventually

When I moved in to "The Landmark at Universal" I loved these apartments and the office staff. Yes, they are expensive but the units are great and the downside is all the noise from Universal. When it came time for renewal we gladly renewed despite the raise in rent (which we were originally told would not change) and change of ownership. Once these apartments got bought out by "The Bell at Universal" the staff went down the drain. Malcolm, that manager, is one of the rudest people I have ever met at any business. Be careful if you are thinking of renting this place. Dont get fooled by looking at the pool are which is nice. Living is horrible. One side is Universal constant loud shout from Fear Factor ( Which is 3-4 hundred feet from the complex. ) Its hard to sleep with the park noise that goes on till 10-11 pm and sometimes late at night. On the other side is busy street. You can hear street noise and Friday & Saturday are worse. I am not sure end two buildings are any better since all of them are bodering the Universal.
