Affordable apartment complex right across Magic Kingdom Park, pet friendly, safe environment, church at walk time distance, 7 Eleven, Now Mobil/Rebel at your feet...and more to come since it is a virgin neighborhood just now getting explored and developed. I have been living at Buena Vista Place Apartments for six years and I am still amazed by their hospitality and the support of their staff. Choose Buena Vista Place Apartments, get peace of mind!

When I moved in 2 yes ago my appointment was infested with roaches, the office staff worked hard to help take care of it but I have never been 💯 roach free. I love everything else here, staff friendly, helpful, property always well maintained and clean. Would have given a five star if I didn’t have the roach issue, and I keep my home very clean.

We lived in Buena Place for about 6 years. The only reason we left was because we bought a home (in the neighborhood next door!) With a young son and golden retriever, this neighborhood was the perfect place for my family. Lots of families and great kids in the area, a big pool, playground, and basketball courts kept residents busy. Apartments are a great size w/big bedrooms and you can't beat the rent prices. In 6 years we had very few reasons to contact the management office, but when we did they were always kinds and professional. There's a reason this apartment complex tends to have a wait
