In August, Ambrose Solar completed installing solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall battery at my home. Before the project was completed, Charissa Fontaine from Ambrose, advised me that I was eligible for a rebate from PG & E and began thecumbersome process of applying for this SGIP (Self Generation Incentive Program). During the whole process she kept me well informed of the progress and made sure all the paperwork that was required was submitted properly and I then received my rebate. Charissa was very helpful, professional, and communicative from start to finish.

Shopping for a Solar Company has been pretty lengthy for my family and I. I've researched for about a year and talked with neighbors and coworkers on their Solar projects and experiences and decided to make the commitment with Ambrose Solar. I knew what I wanted - solar with a back up Tesla battery and I was able to get in touch with a sales representative within a few days (because of my work schedule and it was through Zoom meeting). Ambrose installed Bird Guards on my solar panels and upgraded my solar monitoring system. Customer service was awesome and super responsive. Always followed up, treated me fantastically. Hannah was superb and really made things super easy. Ambrose Solar exceeded all of my expectations. We did our research and interviewed several companies. Many wanted the deal, but couldn't sell or convince us about their product. My family and I had an amazing experience with Ambrose and I would definitely recommend. We spoke to two other companies before deciding on Ambrose. We have a ground mounted 9 kW system, 25 panels. It performs exactly as advertised and meets our needs completely. Paul did a great job evaluating the size of the system that we need and explaining how the process works. The construction crews did an excellent job in all phases of the installation. Noelle kept us well informed throughout the entire process - from permitting through construction and inspection and final approval from PG&E. For the last several years my True Up has been doubling and have a huge pigeon problem. Spoke with Hanna for my existing solar panels. She set me up with an inspection. Andrew and Daniel responded they were extreamly helpful answering all my questions. They reconnected my enphase monitoring system and explained what to expect in the next few days for it reporting. Excellent people to work with in setting up a solar system from inception to completion. Audrey Coppock was especially helpful in shepherding through all the voluminous paperwork required to finally obtain the SGIP rebate. Without her help it probably would not have happened. Good people on the planning side and competent and courteous installers.

We had Ambrose Solar install a Solar system on our 4 bedroom home in March 2019. We no longer have an electric bill with PG$E! Yea!!!
