Thank you for stopping by my website! First off, allow me to introduce myself. I am Kayla Jones, the owner/artist for Kayla Jones Photography. I am based in Charleston, South Carolina. I am a wife, a mom to 4 boys, a follower of Christ, and an artist. My passion is art, whether that be designing or photographing or simply crafting with my boys.
This style of photography is capturing life as it happens. It is somewhere between documentary photography and classic portraiture. Its being there in the moment capturing the special moments between one another, it's telling a story of your life with pictures. The part of lifestyle photography that has a spin of classic portraiture is that I am there to help set the scene.

My family has been doing 4 generation family photos with Kayla for 7 year now. Hands down she is the best photographer in the Charleston area. She has always taken such great care at handling all 4 generations (Age 8 to 94!) and does a great job at capturing our family in such beautiful and natural ways.

We have used Kayla for newborn photos, family Christmas card photos, birthday party photos, and large extended family photo shoots. She is always so patient with the young kids and knows how to capture the brief moments where each person is smiling and looking at the camera...not an easy feat with lots of young kids! She pays attention to detail and always produces amazing pictures!
