At a time when I was at my wits end with my car, Rick and Janice reached out and offered their services. They went above and beyond to help me get my car to their shop, and worked tirelessly to properly diagnose and fix my transmission issue. Honest experts with import cars are hard to find, but at Eurotech of Knoxville they are the best. I took a Porsche Macan S in for an inspection for any oil leaks. I was quoted $136. My bill was over $160. Didn't think much of it until I got home and looked at the bill and there was a "shop" charge of a little over $10. Called in and was told that an 8% charge is added to all bills and that fee is capped at $39.99. Personally, I thought the inspection report I received was a poor effort but I was willing to live with it. The "Shop" fee did rub me the wrong way and I professionally expressed my concern. I do feel that a local company that is doing business in a small town should be a little more
