Dr. Prather began her career as a licensed audiologist at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge in 1992. In this capacity, she provided hearing healthcare services to newborns, pediatrics and adults.

Absolutely amazing Dr Prather was great on all levels and a life saver....I had a large amount of wax buildup and couldn't hear out of my left ear..i called and she was able to fit me into her busy schedule quick...upon arrival her office is in a big old warehouse but the inside was beautiful renovated exposed brick original hardwood floors exposed pipe loft look(one of my favorite themes) ..she greeted me at the door smiling and after a quick temperature check she got right to work assess the problem and did what was necessary I'm more than happy with

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Prather since 2010. So, so glad we found her. Her professional, kind and empathetic approach truly puts her over the top. Skills and knowledge alone are not enough when caring for people. She had long ago gelled all of those attributes because they are second nature to her. We will continue to remain her patients even if we have to drive almost 800 miles to see her. Dr. Prather’s compassion is her approach every time we’ve been to see and “hear” her. Ear to ear solutions is the very best around the area. They have excellent customer service and always so open and available when you need assistance with your hearing aides. They do hearing tests and they give you.options for your unique needs. The business is located on the ground floor so no elevators or stairs needed. They sell batteries as well in case you ran out. I took my mother there and I was very pleased with everything they did for her.

I come here +/- twice/year or so to get my ears cleaned (ear wax removal). Dr. Prather is very cool and if you make an appointment with her youll never have to wait to get treated. She has precision instruments that will remove wax effectively. I was super scared the first time I went due to the thought of anything entering my ear but shes good at what she does and you wont feel a thing. Go here with confidence, Lisa Prather is an excellent doc and a very patient one at that.

I have had the good fortune to have met Lisa when she worked for an audiologist in Hinsdale. When Dr Prather finished her studies and opened Ear to Ear, I jumped at the chance to have her the person to trust with my hearing.
She doesn’t “sell” hearing aids. She gently, honestly, caringly assesses the needs of her patients and helps them to find ways to satisfy the needs.
What is truly remarkable is her no-charge continuing care, continuing assessment, free aid cleaning. And her caring demeanor.
I suspect that all of her patients feel a personal respect and regard for Dr Prather, as I do

I have been receiving ear wax cleanings from Dr. Prather for over two years and always find her to be professional, knowledgeable and kind during my visits. I have had horrible experiences in the past with doctors trying to remove wax and it definitely is a skill that Dr. Prather possesses. I have referred several friends to her for other hearing issues and all have been pleased with her care.
