The Hearing Doctors is one of the best medical practices I've ever encountered. Not only is Dr. Billing exceptionally knowledgeable in audiology, she treats everyone like family. I'm a musician, and hearing is very important to me. I'm very happy with the hearing aids I purchased and how she has them adjusted for me, but especially with the personal approach she takes with me and all her patients. If you like big, impersonal, high-volume practices, this may not be the place for you. If you want a doctor who takes the time to know you and your needs, you can't do better than this.

Dr. Billing is wonderful. She takes the time to explain everything and answer all of your questions. She works hard to get you the correction you need. My first pair of aids didn't work out, and she exchanged them for a different model that is doing much better for me.
She was also extremely patient with and kind to my 80 year old Mother. We left the charger in the office, and the next day Dr. B. brought it to my Mom at her house! My Mom felt confident going out and talking to people for the first time in a long time because she could hear what they said.

Doctor Sheri Billing is so helpful, quick and pleasant that fixing my hearing aid is done all too soon! This time took all of one minute, and my hearing aid functions better than ever. I'd been experiencing ear pain and sensitive hearing for a few months due to playing live rock music for about 8 months. I went to the Hearing Doctors for the issue, and they gave me a hearing test. That was all; my hearing was normal. When I told them about my ear pain and hearing sensitivity, they just said "I don't know", and didn't recommend I see any other doctor. They then recommended I buy special $180 ear plugs for when I play music.
