O'Donnell, our business has passed through the practiced hands of multiple generations, remaining family owned and operated for a century. Losing your mom at any age is difficult. I could not have asked for a more compassionate team to help during this time. My mom, Barbara Newman, passed away at home, in the early morning hours of Thanksgiving. O'Donnell Funeral Home responded promptly to take my mom into their care. Anthony and his team provided us with the highest quality of care. As a final tribute, the staff of O'Donnell Funeral Home stood in a solemn line as our family and friends left my mom's gravesite. At one of the most difficult times in my life I found the people, services and resources at O’Donell’s to be professional with out being aloof, caring without being patronizing and empathetic without being overwhelming. Truly, I can not say enough about Diane, whom I dealt most closely with, and the staff of the O’Donell’s. The respect and reverence they showed towards my Father and to my family goes beyond words.

I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate, patient and understanding experience. I reached out one day and literally, the very next day my dear sweet husband passed. O'Donnell's entire staff were right there to explain procedures, laws and regulations in the kindest and most basic language, always taking into consideration my frail mindset. Brianna (phenomenal) and the rest of the staff are a wonderful compliment to each other who communicate so effectively to ensure there is no further distress or trauma to me and my family members. My family and I will be back to finalize my burial wishes

Anthony O’Donnell and his wonderful staff were amazing for my family during one of the most difficult times in our lives. He handled every detail perfectly and took such wonderful care of my Mom as if she were his own mother. He anticipated our every need and her services were beyond first class. Everything was meticulously attended to, the decor of the facilities, the video and music so beautifully put together, and finally the services and attendants. O'Donnell handled all the arrangements for my father's funeral in October during all the challenges posed by the pandemic. Their support and service was excellent during the most difficult of times for our family. Everyone we worked with was caring, compassionate and highly professional. They took care of every detail and responded rapidly and thoroughly to all our requests. They helped us tremendously and eased the burdens we were grappling with. I recently lost my mother at the young age of 56 unexpectedly on April 11th. The O'Donnell Funeral Home did everything in their power to make sure I did not have to think of anything in this difficult time.
