Mary is a very professional and supportive coach. Love that she mixes it up for each class. Every training session is creative and challenging but she also makes it fun! She has attention to detail, focuses on proper form and always has modifications or extra challenges if you need them. I look forward to my time with Mary each week--they're the best!

I have been doing Mary's workouts (virtually) for the last 3 months, and I look forward to doing them each week. Even though they are virtual, I have been very impressed with how intense and diverse they are using no equipment; no class quality lost by not being in a gym space. I have never added strength training into my running routine and it has made a huge difference to my overall body strength. Each workout is different in both format and exercises, and Mary optimizes the time so that we work on all areas of the body. Maybe most importantly, the class energy is fun! Thank you Mary for the
