Well to start, room was very warm when i first entered, i put the air conditioner on and left the room for several hours before returning. When I returned the room was just as warm if not warmer from the heat of the day. I went to speak to the owner and he walked over to the room with me and said "go to dinner and I will replace the air conditioner". When I returned at 7 pm the room was just as warm as it was, I was thinking it needed more time to to cool so I attempted to take a shower...another problem, water trickled out and would not heat up! I ended up taking a cold shower and attempted to

The receptionist is rude which later I found out was the owner. They wrote my credit card information down on a peace of paper including 3 digit security code and refused to erase it when I asked her to. Run down, dirty so bad that we left and paid for room across street. Refused to refund when we asked for money back.

Very rude front desk. There are so many places to stay in the area. Don't bother with this dump. I get better service at motel 6's..and probably way cleaner and more comfortable.

Well I had hoped for more. Stains on what was supposed to be fresh towels. Stains on sheets on bed that yet to be slept on. Visible mold and mildew on shower curtain. Water took almost 5 minutes to heat up. Not planning to stay here again.

Very close to downtown. Management has improved immensely since I stayed 2 years ago. Highly recommend.

The no-frills room was large and very clean. There were adequate towels. The water took forever to get hot enough to bathe/shower. There was coffee available in the office but on our first morning there the office was locked and no one responded to the bell. (Hence, no coffee for me and another guest in the same predicament.)

I come here every year with the family and the service is phenomenal. The service here is top tier and very friendly. My kids absolutely love the swimming pool when we visit in the summer. I will definitely be coming here this year and every year after that!

Inexpensive motel that is actually pretty nice. Rooms are pretty clean and large, beds are comfy, staff is kind. Furniture is a little dated but the bathroom is definitely on the newer side. The only complaints I have are the noise (busy street means cars driving by all day and night, and the walls are thin so I can hear my neighbors talking and going in and out), and the doors: they don't have deadbolts and aren't thick. From a security standpoint, I feel a lot safer with thick doors that have deadbolts when I'm staying at a motel. But, I paid less than 100 bucks to stay here (you

This motel was very disappointing. I booked a room on Expedia and then called the motel. I asked if I needed to pay in person, as I was booking the room for someone else, and they said that would be fine. They would not let my guest check in, or even let him use the restroom. When I spoke to the front desk on the phone, they were very confrontational and defensive. When I went to pay in person, my credit card did not go through, even though I had the full balance on the card. The front desk person then disappeared for thirty minutes, and I had to call Expedia and cancel the reservation in the parking

Inexpensive and simple, but great service at the desk, quiet at night, and clean. Will stay here again, oh and it's next door to a killer BBQ place too.

A humble spot to sleep in a beautiful town! Forget the luxuries of everyday living here, the tiny pillows and hard mattresses remind you how good you have it at home. The electrical outlets in the rooms have a 50/50 shot at working, which makes for an enticing game of chance for the easily entertained. The shoddy craftsmanship inspires you to lower your standards and appreciate that you at least have a roof over your head. I particularly recommend lounging poolside, where you can gaze upon the traffic on Route 9 while enjoying the smell of slowly smoked meat from the BAR-B-QSA next door. A not

I stayed at the tophill motel and the room size was good had all the amenities you could ask for. Including a mini fridge, instant hot water which was great and was very convenient location to downtown saratoga attractions. The rooms were very clean amd especially like the fact the tubs were jacuzzi which was great after a long day in downtown saratoga. I would reccomend the tophill motel to anyone looking to be close to the saratoga race track or casino or any of the regions downtown attractions.

The only reason I'm giving this hotel 2 stars is because we didn't get bed bugs, and by the looks of this place I thought FOR SURE we would. The only this thing clean about this place is the bathroom, and that's only because I brang my own Lysol wipes. I new I had too, judging by the Reviews below. Yes it's very cheap and yes your only sleeping & showering in it (like most hotels) and at this time of the year (opening weekend) but you really don't have a choice, unless you want to drop $400 a night on the hoilday inn. The room was NOT clean dust and cob webs everywhere

Due to last minute arrangements, wife and I had to book at Top hill for a weekend long concert at SPAC. Now I have stayed at dingy motels before but this one took the cake. Owner and his wife were not pleasant people, the husband even snapped at my wife (big mistake) because he had to come and fix the hot water multiple times.

In meeting others staying at this location, I quickly learned that this was the same issue among other rooms in which i met people.

Without ranting, let the pictures do the speaking
