Great place to stay. Rooms are clean and well maintained. You can enjoy the pool gym basketball volleyball Jacuzzi picnic area with grills. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. The housekeeper Paula is the sweetest pleasant housekeeper I have ever met at any motel/hotel I stayed at. Seriously family friendly!

Stayed there... 10/1 21 -10/2/21 when arrived there was blood on front of toilet... also on bathroom door ... also there was food in fridge.. the shower curtain was dirty .. as well we brought cleaning supplies and disinfect with us ...attention to details was lacking ... I am not even sure if room was ever really cleaned.. m y time is wort money ... we cleaned for a hour after we checked ... in... it appears they don't care... its the last time I wi ever stay at land mark ... or use Bookins.com. if this is how vust are treatded

Worst place we have ever stayed. Room smelled bad. Rooms directly off parking lot. Door and window did not stop noise at all. People outside loud and swearing until very late. Dead bug behind bathroom door. Shower curtain smelled like it had not been changed in a long time. We didn’t feel safe. Checked out a day early. The lady at the front desk was nice.

Still a nice place to stay with good affordable rates. It’s not the same motel as 10 years ago , when the outdoor pool was open and everything was kept up perfectly. The new owner is a nice guy and he had to deal with COVID the last year, so I don’t blame him for the grounds not being kept up as well as they once were . One fairly inexpensive thing he could do is change out all the pillows.

We had a double room. One bed was uneven and lumpy. The other was harder than extra firm. It was tough to sleep.
The indoor pool was extremely cold, to cold for our toddler
The space's bubbles had actually dirt on them
No breakfast (they do have passable [not good, just ok] coffee).
Water isn't great and couldn't get colder than room temperature

Unfortunately I would love to give them a 4 yet my $250 deposit never got returned. After contacting them I was told I have to bring the paper I signed yet didn't get a copy of. I can say if you stay make sure you don't decide to stay an extra night because it apparently messed up the paperwork and my deposit never got returned
