Rented a house at Wilmington #1, house had no ac and was never fixed nor really addressed. Ask for a partial refund and was told no we don’t do that. At the time we had a 2 year old and a set of grandparents and house was over 90 the entire time. Owner came by to check something and said is the ac working knowing it wasn’t and wasn’t working at time of check in.... we rent about 5 times a year at ocean isle will never rent from this company again

We spent a second wonderful fall break at 37 Moore Street. It is a lovely home with all the necessities and many, many extras available. Love the golf cart for touring around the island! Marc is so helpful and easy to contact. Highly recommend.

Our week in June at 37 Moore, Ocean Isle was wonderful!! This was our third year enjoying the beautiful house and amenities!! The house is spacious, very clean, includes access to a golf cart, bicycles, kayaks and anything else we needed for our week at the beach. The house is located only 2 blocks from the beach on one of the concrete canals with a gorgeous view and a refreshing covered pool. Mark responds very quickly and is very professional. This has become an annual vacation for our family and we can't wait to return next year!!

Enjoyed our stay at 37 Moore. The weather did't cooperate the whole week, But the house was great and the pool was refreshing. When we were able to go to the beach, the water was refreshing. I would like to thank Marc for our stay in his house. Thanks again.
