Yes, pets must be under 50 pounds fully grown. Pet immunization and license records must be submitted prior to move in with pictures of pets. There is an additional deposit of $250 per pet and a $75 per month pet premium per pet required. A maximum of two pets allowed. Please call our Leasing Office or visit the Resident Portal to submit your request online!

We had to move from Florida to California for a job transfer in September. We looked online and no one had availability. We fell in love with this place, but they had a waiting list. We got on the waiting list and they called us a few days later. We applied and signed the lease without seeing it in person. I was really nervous about that but the leasing office was so kind and calmed my nerves. They (especially Tara and Ashley) answered every question professionally and kindly even though I sent them so many emails. Move in day was so simple because we had already signed everything.

I absolutely love living at Stadium House. I've lived here for about three years now and the reasons why I continue to choose to live here are endless. Management and staff are not only welcoming and friendly, but they also are extremely on top of work orders and making sure that maintenance and work orders get completed. The maintenance team is also full of some of my favorite people. They not only do their jobs well, but they are very kind and welcoming as well.

My wife and I moved into Stadium early November 2021. We chose Stadium because of raving reviews of its management. We can confirm that it is true. The management is very responsive (never has let an inquiry lapse over a day) and accomodating. The apartments are spatious and clean. The building's amenities and plants are very well maintained. We are lucky to be here.

Have lived here 6 years and it just keeps getting better.
The apartments in this building have the largest square footage with the most spacious layouts in all of platinum triangle. ( I’ve toured them all ) Every unit has 2 bathrooms, including 1 bedroom apartments. The quality of the finishes are high end and don’t feel cheap like many other high priced apartments in the area.
The location is prime! Right between the 57 and the 5 freeways. Extremely convenient to head out in any direction. Living on the top floor, the views are priceless. Mountains one direction, Angels Stadium and Disneyland

What can be said about the staff at Stadium House? I’ve been living here for 1 month now and I’ve since learned that Bekah, A.J., Ashley, Lindsay, and Luis - they’ve all been nothing short of kind, patient, and amazing!

Our experience here was very mixed. The staff is friendly and nice, but their hands are tied trying to fix any problem with neighbors. Our upstairs neighbors were constantly jumping causing our apartment to shake. Multiple times we asked them to do something about it, but they couldn't do anything, even after witnessing it. We ended up moving to the top floor to save our sanity.
The apartments themselves are starting to show their age and poor construction quality. The elevators are always broken; during COVID, one of them was off for over 4 months. They just don't take care of them. Panels are

AJ and Ashley have been amazing! I have been extremely busy with my work life and have been kind of a mess while apartment hunting and these ladies have been so helpful! From assisting my daughter and girlfriend to scheduling another tour and allowing us as a family to see them! I am so excited to move forward and be a tenant! Thank you ladies you are incredible!

This place just keeps getting better and better! The new team is over the top amazing and they are always having resident events every week. It's so nice to feel appreciated and to have gatherings where I can meet the neighbors. There is a great community vibe here between the neighbors. The location is convenient to the freeways and Starbucks is across the street. Maintenance is always quick to fix issues and are always cleaning the property every day. They even give my dogs treats each time we walk through the office. I'm so glad to call Stadium House my home!

My partner and I took a tour of this apartment community and fell in love with it. The location, views, and ammenities are all stellar. Mariah was the associate who took us on a tour, and was absolutely amazing - honest, welcoming, and enthusiastic. Everyone in the office was pleasant and helpful, but we wanted to give her a shout out in particular. Unfortunately it was not going to be a good fit for us due to being unable to add a third parking space for our roommate, and the price ended up stretching our budget - but outside of those very subjective
