Vinyasa is one of the most popular contemporary styes of yoga which is also called flow yoga because of the smooth way that the poses run together. Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic sequence of poses which involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. The flow doesn't necessarily have to be a fast flow.

We always take the class at the pace of the individual. Vinyasa has both many physical and mental benefits. While you don't always hold a pose for a super long time in vinyasa yoga, by repeating postures and movements you do accumulate strength, flexibly, and focus. Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching.

Together our Soul Full Yogi's practiced yoga and donated to foster an orphaned African Elephant at the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (DSWT) in Kenya. Without urgent action to save their species, elephants could disappear from the wild within a single generation. Almost 100 elephants are killed each day for their ivory tusks, which are now worth more than gold and can be worth tens of thousands of dollars per tusk.
With Soul Full Yoga, I strive to give the best yoga experience you've ever had. I want to show everyone they can have a healthy lifelong yoga practice and how to do that. I put my heart and soul into delivering this experience. Soul Full Yoga does not have a physical location. I've participated in many of Brooke's lessons and I'd say you're in good hands. Hands on when you need it, but also lets you sweat through some tough moves when you need the discipline. I dig that. That and, when I'm around, she knows how to set a manageable tempo for the star of amateur hour. (Psst, that's me.) If you like a yogi that also has a sense of humor about themselves, go relax and count your breath at this studio.
