In the beginning I had alot of issues with people parking in my assigned spot, but lately I have noticed the tow truck more often collecting cars that have not paid for spots..which is great! I have not had the issue for months now. Also, customer service has always been top notch! Always friendly and always had solutions. Highly recommend ParqEx for short term or long term parking!

The first time I booked monthly parking through ParqEx, it went through, only to get a text from the owner of the spot saying it was already rented out. Against my better judgement, I decide to give it a second try and book another spot, which was also "reserved" for me (I don't think these guys know what a reservation is). But only to find out an hour later that my second reservation of a completely different spot had also been cancelled. But this time, I got no email, no text, or any kind of alert.

Everything about parqEx has been amazing. We had been looking for a spot near campus for weeks. ParqEx had one less than a block from the dorm. Signing up was quick and easy. I had a couple questions I emaied, figuring I'd hear back in a day or two. Jonah, from Customer Service, got back to me within minutes. He was wonderful and even sent me a satellite picture of exactly where to park. WONDERFUL!!!!

I've used other parking apps in the past, but I really like this one for several reasons. First, the parking was much cheaper than the other app that I usually use. Second, the parking was in a secured garage. Third, the app was really easy to use. I used this to park near the Riviera for a concert and it was very conveniently located.

I live in Wrigleyville and parking can be difficult on the weekends or late especially when the Cubs are doing well. A friend posted information about ParqEx, and coincidentally I happen to be working late on a Saturday and Sunday in the suburbs of NCLS games 1 and 2. I installed the app, requested the dates and there was a space that was reasonably priced less than 2 blocks from my house. The owner of the spot contacted me and explained how to enter the spot. It was very easy and took the stress of finding parking after a long day away!! Thank You!!

ParqEx is a great company to speak with if you have any issues with the service, but we continuously have issues and no resolutions to our concerns. It seems like almost every day the parking space that we've already paid for is occupied by another person.
First time we called we spoke with Brad. Brad is great by the way. He was apologetic, and said the tow truck would be on its way. Shortly later I call Brad to see when the tow truck was coming, and he said that the vehicle that is parked in our reserved space is actually allowed in the lot, but not in that space. He goes on to say that

ParqEx is great because it offers parking options in areas that other services and apps don't. In some neighborhoods its tough to park but there aren't any public parking lots or garages - that's where ParqEx makes the biggest difference. I've used it several times in the West Loop and it worked great!
