William Alvarez the worst of the worse. This guy used to be a cop before founding Sterling One properties. He once claimed that he had bought all the city inspectors in Miami. Do not rent or own from this company. This company was founded by a pair of criminals, both William Alvarez and his wife. He would raise the rent and not fix anything: 135 SW 11 St Miami, FL. He would throw people out of the street, when people couldn’t make payments. Stay away from this company, unprofessional, no morality, no values, pair of scammers.

Thank you Betsy for your help and allowing Diana helping us with the process and finish the buying of our first property few weeks ago. I no longer will have to move over and over because we rented; although it was easier renting with your help.
