All of his remaining teeth were removed and a new set of dentures ( upper and lower) were made. Went there for dentures, but had to wait for insurance approval. Was approved, but the dentist office never informed me. Called once to see what was the hold up, and the receptionist told me the lady that dies insurance was sick. I waited 9 weeks so far, and still haven’t heard from them. My insurance approved me several weeks ago. I guess they don’t need the business. That’s fine, there are plenty of dentist around. If you want something done, go somewhere else.

The staff is kind, friendly and willing to go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable. They are very informative about their job and are able to answer any questions you may have. My co worker recommended them and I have not been disappointed. I have yet to have a long wait time, you guys are great!

I went here thinking that the practice was honest and good. I need a lot of dental work done. The dentist wanted to crown most of my mouth at $999 a piece but said if I paid cash I’d get a discount. Even with two insurances. One of my insurances gives a 20% discount right off. It didn’t add up. So I went a got a second opinion. Turns out there are other options that won’t put me in debt. Also the second opinion did a second cleaning because they didn’t do it properly. I go in today for a refund of this deposit I paid only to be charged a $70 fee. I’m not sure how this practice operates

I know all these good reviews have to b fake, im so glad i decided not to use this dentist, very unprofessional from the start, fran, who does billing is clueless and do not return calls, front desk staff very rude and ghetto, the dentist is not interested or care about her patients only interested in money , she does a poor job 4 a whole lot of money!! Do not go to this dentist, i guarantee u will b sorry

Been a patient for 25 years here, tried to get an appointment for a problem tooth. I have never been so disappointed as I am now. Made me feel unimportant and didn’t matter I am having a problem.
I now have an appointment with another dentist and receptionist made me feel appreciated. Dr Gutti just lost a long time patent.

I first went to Comfort Plus Family Dental with a very bad toothache. Dr. Gutti and her staff did an excellent job making sure that I was taken care of and got the treatment I needed to resolve the issue. I highly recommend them for anyone's dental needs they've made a lifetime customer of me for sure.
