I called to ask for a part (a belt for my Bissell carpet cleaner). I wanted to check to see if they had it before I drove all the way over there. He kept repeating, "We have everything. We will have it." A wasted trip. They didn't have it.
I will alway order from Amazon. I will never return to this place. Once we got there, he also told me he could not find the part # I gave him on the Bissell website. I came home and looked it up. It was there; he just didn't have the part.

My family has taken our vacuums to this shop for over 20 years. Under new management we became their customers by default (no positive reviews under new management). Too bad for us. This stores manager is so rude and unprofessional. When I asked for the name and number of the shop's owner he replied, "Nope, the buck stops here." I took two vacuum cleaners in to be cleaned, when I went to pick them up, both of them had a hole in their hose. Both? Really? Long story short, they still have one of the vacuums and it's not fixed, I took the vacuums in for service over 4 months ago. If you want decent

This business is no longer AGENCY REPAIR SHOP. It is now MORE THAN VACUUMS.
I am giving, MORE THAN VACUUM, 5 stars. I have an old CD player that was not working. It has a strong sentimental value. I didn't want to give up on it. The person who gave it to me, is no longer living. I picked it up today and am more than appreciative, satisfied and happy.

Victor, the Service Representative, was so professional; yet friendly. He made me feel like he really appreciated my business. He, another staff person, kept me informed, all along, as to how things were going; what they were finding and

Great place with very helpful staff. I brought a non functional sewing machine in and their staff helped thoroughly trouble shoot the machine with me. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly.

0 stars. I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones but this business has been the worst customer service I’ve experienced. We dropped our vacuum off 8 weeks ago, being told we would be contacted that week for the part needs. No contact from them, only communication was on our end and when we called after 3 weeks, the vacuum had not even been looked at yet. Another week later still no phone call, we again reached out and were told there’s a part to be ordered that would take 2-3 days to come in. An additional 2 weeks later we have still not heard, my husband goes in to pick up the vacuum

Dropped off a very simple soldering job and didn’t hear back for almost a week. When I called to inquire, I was told that my equipment had been taken off site without my knowledge. Very unprofessional.
If they didn’t have time for the job they should have let me know so I could have taken it elsewhere before driving across town twice.

Bought a vacuum here on Monday.
Received clear verbal promise that I could return it if my wife didn't want it.
No mention of a restocking fee.
On Wednesday, returned the vacuum unused, in its original condition, whereupon the manager pointed out notation of a 30% restocking charge at the bottom of the receipt.
The verbal promise from his salesman was irrelevant.
Gouged for over $100.
COMPLETE, UTTER, BLATANT DISHONESTY.

Long story, but I've never been inside this place, and I live at least an hour away from it. But when I dialed a number that Simplicity Vacuums provided for repairs and service, I was connected to Agency. Tom went the extra mile to help me connect with Simplicity's corporate office, and even offered to call a repair shop closer to me to get them to honor my warranty! If this is the kind of customer service Agency provides to someone who isn't really a customer, they must be golden with their actual customers. Thank you, Tom! If I ever move to Aurora, you've got my business.

Unpleasant customer service experience. Employee asked what kind of vacuum I had. I said, I have shark and needed filter and he responded” I don’t carry any of those Costco or target junks, i only carry brand vacuums that last longer”. I was shook by the response and decided to walk out. He seems pleased I left and had no intention in making a sell upgrading me to his “ high end “ vacuums. Obviously he’s not the owner or can care less if the place stays in business.

We went in over Labor Day weekend to purchase a new vacuum. When we arrived we were greeted by all three people in the shop and ended up meeting with the owner. We discussed the vacuums that they carried and the needs of our home. We were directed to the Riccar brand and model. While it was more than what we originally wanted to spend after the sales pitch and discussion about the new vacuum we decided to purchase it based on his recommendation. I am resubmitting my review for Agency Repair Shop and standing by my review of 1 star only because I can't give a 0. I personally spoke to Jessie on the phone Sunday May 27 at 11am (or within 5 mins before or after) and my husband as well as my mom were there in person, so I assure you that this was my experience (as was all stated in the original post you will read below), since I just recieved an email complaint stating it was removed due to not being a personal experience. I took my carpet cleaner two weeks ago and never receive a call back and when I called to ask what was wrong with my item they said: oh we have to take a look we don't know what's its wrong with it yet.

Have a used snowblower that was leaking fuel. Picked up a 6 inch piece of fuel tubing and a float bowl.....very pleasant fella Cisco Limones. Will be sure to give him a try at a yearly tune up of this 'blower'.

My husband took my Dyson in for repair last year. We paid a deposit. We never received a phone call regarding repairs. I called a few months later and they do not have my Dyson!!! Wow. Just wow.

I bought a vacuum here a few days ago, and the customer service rep was great at explaining the difference between bagless and bagged vacuums. Those Dyson commercials have us tricked! It's the bagged vacuum you want. Turns out the bagless is actually more work. He explained my options between used and new and the longevity I could expect. He even put together one of the new ones that was his recommendations because he's had his for 10 years and still going strong. He had me test it out, and I was impressed. It even had a "lower end" model that saved me money, and the only difference

These guys were awesome! I have rented from lots of truck rental places and they are by far the best with instant greetings and a pleasant family presence. I was blown away with the level of knowledge coming out of their tech as I walked out to the truck. These guys know what they are doing as well as how to treat their customers. I would give a bonus star if I could.

These guys are great! They explained to me the process of the replacement with hoover. Took a lot of his time to convince me not to get this model, or that model. Just overall a great staff, great atmosphere, and an AMAZING wealth of knowledge.

I took my vacuum cleaner to get fixed recently because the brushes on the vacuum cleaner stopped moving. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call letting me know that my vacuum cleaner was not broken, but rather I had accidentally pushed on a button which turns off the brushes (user error). I am thankful that the staff at Agency were honest and did not try to rip me off.

Bought a used lawnmower from these guys for fraction of the cost of a new one. It starts everytime and they gave me a one year warranty with it. Very attentive staff and I rented a uhaul from them too. There's a large uhaul store just down the road from these guys. Don't go to the big store it has very slow service these guys get you your truck quick. I will continue to do business with Agency Vac.

I had a mixed experience here. When I dropped off my bissell carpet cleaner for repair both sales people I encountered were extremely pleasant and helpful. But the individual who called me to talk about my repair was borderline rude to me and informed me that it would be another two days at least before my machine was ready. At least they called me, and assuming my machine proves to be fully functional then I am generally a happy customer. But that unpleasant phone call is a fly in the ointment; customer service really is everything!

We went to Agency Vacuum which is the U haul contractor at 1802 S Havana in Aurora to rent a pick up truck as we were a vendor in the denver county fair this past August. We needed a pick up to make sure we were able to get into the National Western Complex without any problems. They were the only one in the area that has them.

Came in about 1; their computers were running bad (both here and at corporate at 615 S Havana.); they insisted we had to have a credit card as we just lost ours we had to go to Safeway to buy another at a cost of $3.95. We got back only to find out the computers were
