Great service! They stock many quality products also. Many eco- friendly.

They were unable to fix my sewing machine, then claimed it was my fault by condescendingly claiming I'd developed a loss of "muscle memory" and forgot how to thread it overnight. The machine would work for a day or a few hours after I got it back, then start seizing up again and trying to pull the fabric into the feed dogs. The shop never fixed it.

Update: I appreciate that Broomfield refunded my cost. According to my last communication with them, we were at an impasse with them claiming the fault was mine and they were willing to "teach" me how to thread a machine

I bought my first Riccar and the customer service is outstanding. I work 6 day's a week, so I called to order some bags, they brought them to my house for me . That type of service just does not exists anymore at no charge. Great Business,run by Great People.

Absolutely love this store. The folks who own it go out of their way to help customers the best they can with full transparency and honesty. It’s a great environment for all walks of life and the vacuums and cleaners recommended here perform extremely well.

If you are looking for a new vacuum, look no further. This place is the best out there. Amazing customer service and the employees and owners are so knowledgeable. I had gone through several vacuums purchased at big box stores and got frustrated with their short lifespan and poor quality. I went in looking for a HEPA vacuum to help reduce allergens around my house and Dave helped me find the perfect one. He spent a considerable amount of time patiently helping me find the perfect vacuum and answered all of my questions. I am so happy with my new vacuum and the service I received at Arvada vacuum

Outstanding service and quality! I purchased my Riccar vacuum several years ago and loved it so much I bought a smaller canister vac. I can't speak highly enough about their customer service, such a pleasure to work with!! I'll never go anywhere again for my floor cleaning needs.

I HIGHLY recommend Arvada Vacuum! Liz was amazingly helpful. After my experience, I will tell anyone looking for a vacuum to go to Arvada Vacuum. Don't waste your time and money purchasing from Wal-mart or Amazon or any other place. I was frustrated with my previous purchases from stores like those and went through 2 vacuums in 4 years. When I was there, their location was very busy so that proved to me how dedicated they are to excellent Customer Service because plenty of people already knew about Arvada Vacuum before I did. I love the Broomfield vacuum center. They are family run and they go out of their way to give you the greatest service. I bought a Riccar vacuum from them a couple of years ago. If it ever need service they do it at no cost (Plus the model I have includes free lifetime belt warranty) I brought my vacuum in today because the cord had gotten snagged and I busted the roller on the bottom, they fixed it quickly, at no cost and even switched the bag out! Great friendly service!

I needed a vacuum, and like most people took to the internet to find one. I combed through various reddit AMA's pertaining to vacuums, and made up my mind that I had found the one (Miele C1 Home) and set off to Arvada Vacuum to get it. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile. I ended up talking to a younger guy with a beard, we spoke, went over the finer details of my living space (70% hardwood, 30% carpet) and eventually settled on a Sebo Felix (his personal vacuum) with a head for hardwood and for carpet. A very friendly customer service experience! This business is family owned and operated. Dave helped me out with my Miele vacuum which had a clog and advised on warranty information. I appreciate the extra time he took with me to explain my machine and the quick turnaround time as I have 3 kids and a dog and thus have a lot of regular vacuuming to do. They were also very welcoming to my kids which is always appreciated and puts me at ease. Thank you! I'll be back.

Pete is awesome to deal with. I'm fairly handy myself and opted to purchase some parts to fix a Kirby that's almost as I am instead of leaving it over the weekend for pickup when they open again Tuesday. Pete was still incredibly helpful and went through a brief diagnosis of what might be broken and warranting replacement.

I own a cleaning business and buy all of my vacuums from Pete. He has great prices and great customer service! I also use continued services, like repairs and maintenance, which he always does in a timely manner. I love working with Pete and his wife, and would not go anywhere else!

I brought my vacuum here to be cleaned the first time in 5 years. Sorry if you found some rats and fleas in it. They suggested I get a new filter which was much needed. It only took about 3 days (mostly to order the part) now my vacuum is back and good as new! If it remember correctly it was around $60 which was worth it for the deep cleaning they did to it. Cheaper than buying another vacuum. Now if they will include vacuuming my house for me, that would be a nice touch :)

My treasured Dyson DC17 suddenly wouldn't stay on. It's 8 years old and only needed one replacement issue. Sooooo, when I was advised of this certified Dyson repair facility, I called and was able to get it there one day, and picked it up the next day. I didn't spend a fortune and had the privilege of becoming a new customer. High level of integrity, professionalism, and personable patience is the hallmark of this wonderful business. I'd recommend them, very highly, to anyone wanting the best service with very reasonable expense. HUGE KUDOS1

They did a great job on my Dyson DC 15. Found a bad wiring harness and it cost me less than $40 to fix. Very friendly and helpful

Great experience. Dropped my defective Dyson off and got a call the next day that they were able to do a simple fix that didn't cost me a dime. Super fast and friendly. It's the kind of old-school business that I wish I could see more often. I'll definitely be back because of also watching the service that was given to the lady in line in front of me. The repair cost was only 30 dollars for her, which seemed to buy her a tune up and cleaning. Anyway, I recommend this place.

I can't even begin to express my satisfaction with Pete and his wife at this little vacuum shop!!!! I have been going to them for years. I have a Riccar Supralite (which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!) I have bought a few from Pete now. I clean houses for a living so mine gets used way more than the average person. They are always so helpful, kind, and totally HONEST(I've been to other vacuum shops where all they want to do is sell you a new one and not fix your current one, so they lie and say it can't be fixed). O have a 8 year old Dyson that has never been serviced. Hell I didn't even know where the filter was on it that needed to be changed/washed every 6 months (well now they recommend 3 months). Anywyas for $49 they gave my baby a tune up, cleaned it all out and washed the filter (that apparently was still in great condition being never touched). Will totally go back again for tune ups on my vacuums!

I took my 5 year old Kenmore cannister vacuum here b/c it was making a loud noise while vacuuming. The owner immediately found a filter I didn't know about and it hadn't been changed in five years. I got the standard service, my vacuum looks great, runs quieter and has better suction. Well worth $60 every other year.
