At iCare4Vision, each member of our vision care team is selected by Dr. Natalie Cepynsky based upon their experience, professional demeanor, and dedication to providing personalized care to our optometry patients. Our entire Wheaton optometry staff is committed to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of each and every patient.
The knowledgeable staff at iCare4Vision is experienced in working with vision insurance providers. We will work directly with you and your vision insurer to submit claims regarding your vision care. We strive to ensure that you understand your insurance coverage and will answer any questions you may have regarding your benefits.
Dr. Cepynsky grew up in Downers Grove. She received her Bachelors of Science in 1981 from the University of Illinois, Chicago, and her Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1985. She started her private practice in 1986 at the Briarbrook Professional Building in Wheaton, and moved the practice to the Shops of Wheaton in 2017, renaming the practice to iCare4Vision.
Maintaining good eye health takes work and diligence. Establishing healthy eating habits and avoiding irritants like cigarette smoke are simple things people can do to help improve and maintain their eye health. Here at iCare4Vision in Wheaton, our optometry team stresses the importance of annual eye exams.
At iCare4Vision, we strive to provide comprehensive, primary eye care for the whole family. Preventative and routine eye exams are important to maintaining good eye health. Often, eye and vision problems do not have obvious symptoms or signs, but are easily diagnosed by a licensed optometrist. If it wasn’t for this team, I would be blind in my left eye. Their staff is wonderful, kind and easy to work with.
They noticed a small tear in my retina and had me go for follow up treatment at a specialist. If this would have gone much longer , my retina would have detached and caused major issues including potentially being blind.
Highly recommend

Dr. Natalie is one of the finest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet in my life! Her staff are wonderful and they have very state of the art office. I drive 1 and half hours to get to this office because I would never go anywhere or trust my eyes to anyone else. All 3 of my kids only have positive feedback and she is so great with every age group as my kids have grown up. We love you all so much and pray only blessings for her, her staff and her family.

I have been coming to this place for long time and always was happy with service and results . The yearly checkups are very thorough and desk stuff is fantastic .I get a lot of help with picking up right frames for my face shape and it is just such a warm feeling there. I will highly recommend to try it!!! Thank you to all stuff!!!

This was my first visit to iCare3Vision. Dr. Cepynsky and her practice were referred to me by a friend. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Cepynsky gave me a thorough eye exam and explained everything as she went through the exam. The front office staff helped me pick out new frames and we had a few laughs during the process.
Everyone wore masks and the space is very clean.

We had a great first visit at iCare4Vision for my daughter’s eye exam for entering Kindergarten. The location is easy with parking and the office is clean and spacious. All the staff were so nice at checkin and Dr Cepynsky had such a nice approach to get my 5 year old to do what was required for the exam. From froggy glasses to having her watch little cartoons, kids will have no problem getting their eyes checked here. My husband comes here, too, and now so will I! Highly recommended.

I've been visiting Dr Cepynsky for many years and this is her new and shiny facility.
There is a wide selection of frames and a nice waiting area that has some toys and books for the little ones as well as some good magazines.
Dr. Cepynsky and her staff always go the extra mile. When I was having issues with my contacts, they kept giving me samples to test out to make sure we had the right fit. I have a very strong prescription, so it's not easy to get it right.
My most recent visit was a crisis one. My eye itched so bad and after trying many remedies, I needed her to check it out
