I feel so lucky that we found this company when looking for a new apt. Its clear that they really care about their tenants and want you to be happy. I hope no one need deal with Rebecca at this agency. My fiancé and I fled an abusive housing situation. He met and did business with this woman, willing to do whatever it took, with whom we attempted to seal a deal with a rental, with the money upfront, the electronic documents completed with help from the paid agent, etc., only to be told while at… work four hours prior to some arbitrary “past-due” time, that something technical was amiss and we would be denied and that she “went above and beyond” yet wouldn’t answer our calls when we attempted to clarify

BEWARE! This place is a joke! We had applied for one of the properties and were approved before even touring the property. After visiting, we were told by Kayla that they would repaint and lay new carpet before we moved in due to the condition the previous tenants left it in. We liked the neighborhood and were excited to have the place “in like-new… conditions” as promised so we decided to go through with leasing the property. This was back in early March.
