Apple Glen Apartments

I have lived here for 9 months. When I first moved there was no cabinet doors anywhere in the apartment, in the kitchen or either bathroom (9 months later still not done) The baseboards are not nailed in, there is paint splatter everywhere from being “remodeled” , the floor has came apart. There is mold in the bathtub, the washing machine was completed filled with mold in the rubber lining when I moved in. There was no shower head or outlet cover on the outlets. The paint job everywhere is terrible and the doors have patches on it with messed up paint and to cover holes. Random outlet covers

Nice, quiet place to live and close to everything. The on-site management couple is wonderful. The private entrances were a bonus. Feels like your own home. I would have stayed but had a job relocation. Would recommend.

We lived there for 7 years. Never could get anyone to fix anything. It was so hard to get a hold of anyone in leasing or management. Always late to send out lease renewals. When we finally didn’t renew our lease they tried charging us an extra month. The apartment is cheap with cheap materials and appliances, however they charged for cleaning of the rug( which after 7 years should legally be replaced). They also charged for a different colored dryer vent( it broke and they are the ones that replaced it with a different color). In the 7 years of being there we went through 5 different managers

I had been trying for 2 weeks to get a hold of ANYONE who could tell me if they had availability and if we could come and see the apartments. After being hung up on several times I finally got a hold of someone who told us we could come on Sunday at 10am (i had repeatedly asked what time was good for them and they said 'Anytime after 10am') We called them on Sunday at 10am letting them know we were on our way and the same man i had talked to before told me 'That's just not possible you can't come until noon' even after I had told him that he had previously told me "Anytime after 10".
