Our studio apartments are larger than the normal. They not only offer much closet space, but a full functional galley kitchen with attached dinette. I've been here about 1/2 a year, and the apartment is nice, along with courteous and helpful staff.
The issues I do have though is from time to time I can smell smoke in the hallway and it seeps into the unit. This was the main reason I left my last place The other thing is about the pets. I understand putting a security deposit down for them, but to charge extra on a monthly basis seems petty.

LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING RENTER BEWARE!!! This building has a bed bug problem. I and a friend of mine staying in the building next door experienced the same problem. I saw a bug in my unit and when I took it to the manager she insisted that that's not what it was. Batzner pest control was called and they did not one, not two, but three inspections and nothing was found. Feeling at ease i thought this nightmare was over I went to sleep that night and woke up to a bed bug laying right beside me. I decided to do my research using bedbugreports website. I found that this was an issue back in 2015. Also
