Love this place. Gf took me here once and now we go here for most of our dates. Never had a bad experience even when they're short staffed. Would highly recommend. 5 stars!

We love this place and would eat here almost every night if we could!
We pick out sushi rolls to add cream cheese to- & request them deep fried with a side of as spicy mayo & eel asset drizzle on top!!
Omg, it's to die for! My bf loves the fried rice too!
It helps that the bartenders pretty hot, also👍

Great & fair pricing, wide selection of sushi and food to choose from, good drinks, and CHEAP! The food is great and you don't have to spend a lot of money like you would at a Hibachi restaurant. This place is a GO TO for sushi!

Best chicken tom kha in all of texas. I have tried many, many thai restaurants searching for anything that comes close, nothing does. Every time i'm in dallas i come back here specifically for the tom kha. Super reasonably priced too.

Terrible service. I don't know why they stay open. At least hire another wait staff who might care more. I think it's an owner problem at the root though. The food isn't good enough for people to mot care about such shortcomings. The food is basic, the place is less than.

My sister introduced me to this place, and the food & service were amazing! The sushi was fresh and delicious! Our waiter was good humored and made sure we always had everything we needed (without hovering over our table). Great experience, will definitely return.

The food in this spot has never dissapointed me. The shrimp and crab dynamite roll is amazing. Anytime Im in the mood for Sushi this is my go to. The wait time is a little long right now but the team is short staffed. The entire team was working really hard tonight so for that I give them props too.

All I can say is don't. After waiting 10 minutes for water & a waitress, I order an appetizer & drink to start & was going to order an entree or sushi. 20 minutes later I'm sitting with just my water. I flag down the waitress who says so sorry the kitchen is short staffed & I ask for the drink. 10 minutes later the drink comes. Still no appetizer. I finish my drink & ask for the check which includes the appetizer I didn't receive. Almost an hour for water & a drink. Insane business operation. I won't dine here ever again. I left & picked up a sub

Highly recommended. I saw this restaurant on a list of places to try in Plano. It did no disappoint. We asked the server what to try. He gave us options based on each menu category, so we tried an appetizer, noodle dish and sushi. We skipped the rice dish only because there was only two of us and only so much we could eat. However, everything was excellent. We dried some of the mixed drinks as well, and those were good. We'll definitely be going back.

Good food, but slow service without a lot of people. Used to come here in college for happy hour and it was the best for that stage of life. As a working professional it’s a little different, but still great sushi when we went this past weekend

I was genuinely disappointed with my experience. Ordered a ton of sushi, and they were absolutely terrible.
Used to really like this place, but this experience really ruined it for me.
Hope management can turn it around.

Sushi bar is closed. And the sushi they are serving doesn't taste fresh.

The chicken in my dish tasted like freezer burn.

We have been ordering here for years but I think we are going to stop. Paid for our food to be delivered which never happened. In the process of trying to figure out what was going on I was hung up on multiple times. I understand times are tough but hanging up on customers for really no good reason is unacceptable.

I'm so incredibly disappointed in this location. Thinking that we were going to have a fantastic meal last weekend, we went to the location only to find the doors locked and no one available. We came to find out the location was closed, even though online order was still available and our money still was taken out. It's been over a week, we've tried calling and tried to get everything taken care of, but no one has been responsive, even after sending receipts and calling multiple times. We've tried to speak to corporate, but even they have been unresponsive. I used to love Zenna

Ordered an hour in advance, came to pick up my order they didn't have them ready I had asked the host upfront how much longer they would take, she would never answer the question. She would keep hanging around in the back and wouldn't come back was hardly ever in the front, waited ANOTHER HOUR and a half for our order to come out and they weren't even appetizing at the sight of them.

I feel so bad for the waiter ( Andrew) here. He was doing his best for us to be satisfied. However the rest of the staff was terrible. The 2 girl hostes were in the back in the corner most of the time talking not helping in the front. Then I order sushi to go at 4:30, at 5:30 the cook tells andrew that there's no crab meat for the sushi. We even saw when they called him over to tell him that. We literally waited an hour watching everyone else get there sushi and us never getting ours. I hope andrew sees this and gets a better job cause he has great customer service but the rest of the staff

You guys really need to update the hours, I called at 11 (55 minutes before closing.. i know I know but my pregnant self really wanted an spring roll) so I called to placed an order for pickup and they told me the kitchen was closed.. I called another location and they really told me that they probably didn't want to help me yikes. Anyways 1 out of 5 for customer service

Liars! Called ahead to see if they were open and they informed they were open until 11pm for dine-in. Got to the place at 10:05pm just to be told they were no longer accepting dine-in. I even told them I had drove all the way from North Dallas.
Disappointing, aweful. Can't believe they'd lie about their hours.

Sadly I was really hoping this would be the new spot but no way... came with my family to celebrate my sisters boyfriend's birthday and it was a mess! To start none of the food came out at the same time some of the plates was lacking flavor in addition items asked for to make the dishes palatable went unheard just all and all a rotten experience it turns out we believe our "server" was the manager and if that was the case I'm terrified what a normal service would look like another note to add spicy tuna rolls come with spicy Mayo every place we have every been not to tijin looking

The reviews don't lie people! We ordered sushi and man... horrible. I've had grocery store sushi that was way better. The sushi all fell apart. Hardly any rice around it and the rice was either old or over cooked. I'm not sure!

Coconut soup taste nothing like coconut soup.

We've ate at multiple Zenna locations and never had an issue. This was horrible. My husband thinks this isn't a real Zenna location, it's just a front lol.

Don't waste your money here.

Talk about buyer's remorse. I ordered the drunken noodles and they were horrible. it's such a shame that I spent $21 and I have to basically throw it away to the street cats outside my house. I strongly recommend that this company change the recipe or fire the head chef! I wish there was a way I can get my money back but they are now closed. This meal was very distasteful and I feel depressed after eating it.

Cozy, casual atmosphere. The restaurant was packed with patrons. But that did not deter the waitstaff from providing excellent service. EMNORMOUS portions. Great value for your hard earned dollars. From the appetizers to dessert we were well pleased. We will definitely be coming back.

I had been in Thailand as well as Japan for awhile and loved the food. I missed finding good sushi as well as good curry. This place had great dishes with great flavors. I had the shrimp sushi and green curry - loved them both. Portions were large enough that I have some for tomorrow. The place is really busy but our food came out fairly fast and service was great! The only thing I would have changed is have some pumpkin in the curry but all was great. They also have a full bar. There is one of these in Mesquite but several have told me that the PLANO one is much better.

Came in with a friend for happy hour. I was surprised at how inexpensive the sushi rolls where. Like $4 of less. And then they came out and I understood why. They were haphazardly put together. Many falling apart. The sushi itself didn't taste fresh. And after eating I saw them bring large iced items out to the sushi bar. I couldn't see what was piled under the ice but I bet it was fish.

The poor waitress. There was only 1 and there were about 10 tables so understandably service was slow. I was surprised at how long it took to get raw food. Then when we were paying our check the waitress

The sushi is great for the price and the drinks are cheap! I usually go for happy hour and the happy hour menus is super cheap and great value for your money!!

I usually get two rolls with a couple of tequila on the rocks and spend less than $20! The only reason I didn't give it a five is because the location is kind of hidden and is going under construction. Plus you're not gonna get the best of the best sushi naturally!
